  1. I remember not long ago someone asking, but I'll tell you that I have a sidewinder just tweaked so it sits 'on its side' and works fine for a lefty. Brian H. on the forum here has done some experimenting with some cool stuff too, worth a PM. -Mike
  2. Maui Jim. +3. Worth the cash.
  3. This one I can help with: Dog Friendly Hotels, Motels, & Restaurants -Mike
  4. +1000. Works. Used at Doubletap and it worked.
  5. Slide racker on both our open guns-- nice as a table start prop and also to clear any jamming issues. -Mike
  6. Soo...........anyone tried it yet?
  7. Thanks..........my search fu was obviously weak.
  8. I saw this: http://www.wwpowder.com/new_prod.html I wondered who had tried it yet and if so what load data you were coming up with. It looks like it has possibilities, or else it has great marketing hype.
  9. If you shoot a bunch, yeah. Also allows you to send the primary away for tune up/ check up and have no down time.
  10. I've had good luck with mine, just doing like you mentioned and using common sense like locking on seated starts. I think you won't have any problems. -Mike
  11. Starbucks Sumatra and Verona for me when I can pick, but I'll even drink truck stop coffee in a pinch. Any good IT geek can tell you that coffee=life blood.
  12. Trace, PM sent, and actually there are folks using them at the matches-- Lee N., Nick N, and Stockton (when he shoots Limited) are running SV guns.....just FYI. -Mike
  13. Tonda has moved on to other interests these days, and shoots very rarely......just FYI. -Mike
  14. You aren't alone..........my driver won't deliver either. I get the "come get them" slip, which is kinda a hassle due to the hours the PO is open. I feel your pain. -Mike
  15. That'd be great, and make sure if it happens you give Cesar a USPSA Tshirt.
  16. Very very cool. I too highly admire Cesar and all that he can accomplish..... he truly does have the "gift". I'd love to go to one of his seminars...... and I don't blame him for marketing his own product line, really. I'm all for him making all the cash he can, because I figure he'll use some of it for his center, so it's all good. -Mike

If you get real jammed up, I've got enough ammo you can pick up to shoot the match with..... just FYI. -Mike
  18. Try taking off the extended release and putting in a regular one.........that solved the problem for me when I was shooting Glocks.
  19. Just changed mine to be the cool airplane photo from XRe's vacation thread.
  20. VERY nice!! Can't wait to see the rest of them. -Mike
  21. In the midst of all the congrats and hoopla over updated classification, I wanted to say 'congrats' to Stockton for making the 'rare air' GM club in Open. Good job dude.........another Texas GM. We like it!
  22. For those of you out there that are currently ROs, I highly recommend taking this... When I went thru the class, I learned leaps and bounds more than I had as an RO, and I was very fortunate, too, as I had Troy for RO, and Amidon for CRO. The class is well worth it, sheer education value if nothing else. Do it if you can. -Mike
