All of our matches seem to be around the same round count as in the past. To your other point no I do not want lower round count matches. Components are out there you may have to back them and be patient but they will come.

Shooting steel requires a slightly different and more refined trigger pull depending on the distance. As for exiting a position with the last shot being steel for me it depend on the array of targets and where I have to go next. What will change is the type of exit I will use. If I have a difficult steel to finish on I will get a make (or attempt to make) a good shot while stationary, but it it's an open paper target I may start my momentum in the direction I am exiting will firing my final shot. Just my 2 cents hope this helps.

It sounds like you may need more crimp.

If you've got the money I would go 1050 all the way.

It sounds like your wrist may have not been conditioned to do all the work. It like you if you haven't run in years you don't go out on day 1 and run 5 miles you have to work up to it. Give your wrist some time to heal and then build up it endurance. I know wrist endurance sounds bad ( lol) but that is the best advice I have. Hope it heals soon.

Shorten your OAL to 1.180. It works good for me. I use the same mag with the hybrid follower

Great match today, wish I had one shot back and not running the gun dry would have helped also. Lol

When we went last year we carried our guns in a locked hard case. We also did not bring our carry guns.

I used BBI 180 in my Tojan 40 with Tripp 10mm mags. My mags had the hybrid follower in them. Which follower are you using?
