  1. I loved reading Doc Savage paperbacks with Ham and Monk. Patricia Savage carried a Colt Frontier SA 44. Thanks for reminding me.
  2. As I am the best driver and follow EVERY rule and regulation, you ALL piss me off.
  3. I never would have figured that out till I had broken and bent the rod. Most excellent.
  4. Got part one and three. Would you please explain why you put the case in station 2?
  5. This one comes up all the time. Wouldn't it just be easier for Glock to add a hammer? ( insert icon for ducking the slings and arrows of Glock owners )
  6. Excellent. I never thought to just unscrew the nut and slide the rod out. I've always grabbed the collar and yanked it out with the press up to give me room. I just left it on the rod. I've gotta try this next time. Gracias.
  7. Ok. I came home from the range today with several bags of fired brass. 38spl,357 mag, 44 mag, and 45acp.The bags of brass are marked 1or2or3 times fired. At the bench I have the same except now I have bags that have been cleaned ( and yes, VERY shiny! ). I'm usually OCD on the reloding but this is out of hand. Does it really matter as long as I check the brass while reloading? Id much rather clean my brass(shiny) and put into bags to reload till they show signs of wearing out. Enlighten me. Educate me. Oh hell, just tell what you think!
  8. OK, you're right... total thread drift... Brown eggs are laid by red hens. White eggs are laid by white hens. Blue-lined eggs are laid by blue hens. I've never seen a blue chicken. They all seem very happy.
  9. 1. Yep 2. Nope As Grumpyone always says,"Shiny brass is happy brass."

I haven't understood one thing on this post. Do any of these things come in 45acp and does Dillon make dies for it? Back to reloading section where I belong.
  11. I believe the OP said his doo-hicky had no screws. That would mean he has an older one. The plastic hopper must be removed, and yes it will probably crack. The older ones are epoxied in. Dillon will send you a new hopper and screws for you to drill and tap. If you are like me, a total incompetent with tools, ship it to Dillon and they will do it for you. Dillon will also tell you the best way to remove it on the phone if you're doing it yourself. Good luck.
  12. Yeah, links have a habit of doing that.....when you open a 1 1/2 year old thread! Now THAT'S funny.
  13. Welcome to the forum. Used to live in Fla but it was too hot, then this week happened in the Northeast. Oh well.
  14. I forgot, on my last post, to say that I have used my services before. I'm very happy with me. Just ask Reshoot. He's my go to overrun guy.
  15. I'll do it. Since you didn't mention returning the brass as part of the deal, I'll do it at no charge.
  16. FYI: http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=616
  17. Thanks, but I don't want the computer remembering me. Aliens have been looking for me for years now.
  18. So what you're saying is that CZinSC is incorrect in his effort to win a book? Are you also a sailor by any chance?
  19. OUCH! I feel your pain. Hydrocortisone creme, benadryl and ice packs are your friends. When you're feeling better, do a search and destroy on the rest of those rude SOBs.
  20. Sorry gang, but this is the reason I don't go to Lion's club meetings. Everyones glass here is half empty. I hated as a kid listening to these types of stories. To me getting old is starting to tell these types of stories. Have you ever heard a group of young adults(nod to PC here)start a conversation with "when I was younger..."? Enjoyed the thread opener very much just having trouble with the discussion part. JMHOO (just my humble OLD opinion). Yup. Just rechecked. This is the What I Like section.
  21. Didn't we get that bridge up to you guys yet? How thoughtless.
  22. Welcome. I personally joined to meet hot chicks with guns.
