Popper scores when it falls. If it didn't fall and the RO hasn't stopped you, your not done. That being said, the RO would get a WTF look on the 2nd round from me.. Just my opinion of course.....

It's a small enough area to simply cover the carpet with some snap together plastic or vinyl flooring. This will save the clean up hassle and leave the carpet like new when you get to move out of the dog house!!! Lowes ha several styles available, smooth surface would probably be best...

I wish I had this issue but since I can't get any deliveries from Bayou yet its not really a problem!!! My mail lady is older, small and has back issues so I just have them hold them at the P.O. And save the drama.....

I would expect that you may find that.40 may be a bit more finicky to get to run than .45 all things being equal. Reliability is key, the more you chase that the less fun you'll have as your scores slip. Don't get me wrong, .40's can run but there is a lot of info on B.E. that indicates sometimes it can take some work. My Springfield in .45 would just shoot, dirty,wet, dry, hot or below 0..

Sounds like maybe the spring is tweaked a bit causing the follower to tip slightly?? Can you post a pic??

Vented rib fine, ported puts you in open. Ported indicates the barrel has gas ports. Ports can be covered for use in other divisions. Do a search for explanation how...

Is the finish hard chrome or coating?

I ran 4.9 WST @ 1.18" with Donnie's 180's. have not shot with his new coating which some have said is slower. This is in my Edge, think your safe though!!!

Mine is 3/4" ply with 3/4" mdf glued to that with a top coat of 3/4" tongue / groove bamboo flooring 6" plank glued to that. This sits above hickory cabinets bolted to the wall. Sounds like overkill but with a 650 mounted on a strong mount with case feeder things want to move.. Laminated materials stop that!!! Cost for a 30" x 5' bench top was less than $80.00. Lowes hickory cabinet bottoms on sale were just useful bling!!! Yes, sturdy is good!!!

Grinding stone like this chucked up in a dreaded Dremel spun at low speed will give you a remarkably nice crown.. Just let it find a natural center in bore and hold parallel to bore.....
