  1. The Terraserver photos of my house are from Feb. 27, 2004. My truck is parked in the driveway so I must have been late for work! Nolan
  2. Unfortunately mine went out of business in 1992. Nolan
  3. In a vain hope of improving my statistics (14% posted in What I Hate!) and varying my lunch menu here's a list of some of my favorite fast food. Arby's Market Fresh Deli Turkey Ranch and Bacon sandwich. About the best Turkey sandwich without Avacado available. I generally leave off the cheese. I love the bread and I'm tempted to add my own Avacado, but I can just barely finish one as it is. IN & OUT Burger Double Meat hamburgers!!!!! Two of these and I'm in greaseburger heaven. Ketchup, Mustard & Tomato only please. If I want lettuce I'll order a salad. Too bad they don't use peanut oil to cook the French Fries. Jack-in-the-Box Deli Trio sandwich Very tasty and a really good crunchy pickle. One is too small and two is about 4 bites too much. Taco Bell Chicken Fiesta Taco Salad. Since the Chihuahua went missing I only eat the Chicken. The lime strips and salsa are pretty good. Wendy's Chili Fries A great finger food! Right now Wendy's is probably the safest fast food place to eat. Nolan
  4. Several of our local Carl's Jr hire mildly mentally handicapped people. I wish they would hire more!!!! They are the friendliest, most helpful employees in the place. Sometimes they are a little slow, but at least they try. When I was doing a lot of international travel it was very aggravating to be able to order food in English in almost any country in the world (except for France ) then come home to America and I couldn't order a hamburger in English. Arrghhh! Then I thought about it and realized, if I'm ordering food in Malaysia in English I'm not using the countries primary language. I'm ordering in a secondary language just as I have to do here in America?????? Nolan
  5. Oh please no! Think of the feelings of the poor tree! Use a lamp post please. If it saves just one tree branch. Nolan

Ahh, "Malcolm in the Middle" one of the few network shows I'll watch. Nolan
  7. I've been using a Kyocera SE47 Slider that I really like. Reception is excellent (but that may just be Verizon) 100 hour standby 4 hour talk time. Voice quality is pretty good but not excellent. It's small, easy to use and so far pretty rugged. Nolan
  8. When I was doing a lot of travel for my job I rented a mail box from a mom & pop mail boxes-R-us place near my job. I had all my packages delivered to the mail box (it has a street address so UPS, etc... will deliver) I signed a form allowing the mail box-R-us to sign for my shipments. Normally they would hold shipments for 5 or 10 days before returning them, but I asked them to not return anything because I was sometimes gone for 2-3 weeks. No problem. I still have the mail box and the rent is 10 bucks a month. I've shipped and received a lot of guns, parts, bullets, etc... over the years. Nolan ps Kimel, they even accept shipments from Victoria's Secret! but I don't know about shipments from the places that sell inflatable sheep?
  9. The first T-shirt does sound pretty hostile, but I like the second one. Nolan
  10. The bike loading video is special effects done by a couple of euro college FX students. The full video has been posted on several of the bike forums, but all the links I have are non-functional. Nolan
  11. Hey Merlin, it's a lot easier just to keep a "special" classifier magazine. I take it you don't normally take a sight picture as part of the 'load, & make ready'? Nolan
  12. More years ago than I care to recollect (Ernie Hill Fastrac era), there was a stage at the Golden Gate match that DQ'd more shooters than I've ever seen DQ'd in a single match. The Start position was with both hands touching a plastic 30 gallon barrel. At the Start signal you had to carry the barrel up a couple of steps onto a platform, raise the barrel up and drop it into an open 55 gallon barrel to activate some targets. Shooter after shooter grabbed the barrel, raced up the steps and scooped their gun right out of their holsters with the crook of their arms as they raised the barrel. I don't remember seeing very many spectators on that stage after the first droped gun! Nolan
  13. I'll be shooting there soon, but only if David promises to clear a path for my walker, and all low ports must have Handicap Handrails! Here's some video clips of the types of stages you can expect. On the Boardwalk Steel Sliders How not to shoot a Texas Star But don't let that skeer ya! Nolan
  14. Happy Birthday Shred! Nolan
  15. Where can I find the complete rules for the Steel Challenge? Equipment, ammo requirements, etc...for the different divisions? Nolan
  16. DOH! You had me right up until the .10 splits Then it slowly started to dawn on me that I must be April First. Nolan

  18. You can pop those little dings yourself with some ice. Park the car in the sun on a really hot day. While it warms up enjoy a nice cold glass of ice water, then take the ice cubes and pop one in the dimple....POP! No more dimple. Nolan
  19. If I remember correctly even the Safety Car got hit! Right at the end of the clip you can see the Safety Car pull right up to the tail end of the crash and the yellow car makes a U-turn right into the front end of the Safety Car. Nobody seriously hurt either. Nolan
  20. Two words: GALE BANKS OK two more words: PROPANE INJECTION In a more useful vein, the fibreglass tonneau covers like the SnugLid are very good insulators so your guns and gear won't melt in the heat. The metal roll tops don't insulate well and transfer heat/cold readily. My brother Gene's SnugLid lifts off very easily with 2 people. My Mopar factory tonneau weighes a ton and takes 4 people to lift off. If you are going to be hauling rough items go with the Rhino. It's softer and stuff doesn't slide around, but it's tougher loading and unloading. If you're mostly going to be hauling civilized items like guns, etc... I love my BedRug carpet. Nolan
  21. John, I've broken a couple of the ITS trigger pieces as well. I think it's from dry firing too much. Nolan
  22. DJ, That's what makes the Enoverse so great. No contentious people. I found this on another forum filled with this type of people. Nolan
