  1. He is in the Italian Job, that one looks like it should have some potential.
  2. How about a bowling ball?
  3. Yes, when you close one eye it strains the other eye and you lose visual input. When you use tape on your glass that just blocks out the area that picks up the front sight, you still have periferal vision and you can still see other things that you need to see, like mag changes.
  4. I am having the same problem switching to iron sights (treating the front sight like a dot) I see the dot on every shot, how clearly I see it, that is the part that varies depending on the shot.
  5. I see the spot I want to shoot, then break the shot as the dot is getting to that spot (the timing takes practice.) I guess that means I see what I want to shoot out of my forwarded focused vision, and see the dot coming into that spot with my peripheral vision and when the two meet, the shot is good. On tough targets I see the round dot, on easy targets I see a blur of red on brown. I don't get the whole shifting focus with a dot, the dot is superimposed on the target, why should you shift your focus from the part of the target you want to shoot? I had a problem shifting focus when I started shooting limited, but with open if you see red where you want to shoot, pull the trigger.
  6. TBF, I have the same problem and I found that using a black paster (tape) to block out the second sight creates a "blind spot" that you don't notice when shooting. I find it isn't as distracting like clear tape is for me. Simple, cheap, and effective.
  7. Wilson, Wilson, Wilson If they don't work, they will make them work or send you knew ones. I bought some used on the internet (old style) and they sent me new ones FREE. Nothing like someone who will stick behind thier product.
  8. If you offend someone, you probably did something right.
  9. You weren't as stupid as me, if you got to finish the match
  10. Flex, Sometimes stage procedures are open to interpretation, scored targets are not.
  11. STI Trigger Slick, works good on the trigger components. That is about all there to say about it.
  12. Slide Glide and Trigger Slick ~ All you need
  13. BDH, What was his time? You have to do mini in about 5 to be in the running.
  14. PistolPete, Sorry Matt, but I would have to recommend passing on the book if you have Brian's. Matt is better on video than in writting IMO. Spend the time you would have reading Matt's book and re-read Brian's book.
  15. I'm with Vince, score it. The shooter is hosed anyway, it can't be fast to do all that.
  16. Mr Anderson, Why Neo can stop the robots - My guess is that he is still in the Matrix, just a different version, and he doesn't know it yet.
  17. If you can find Fred Craig, he builds awesome guns.
  18. In this sport it seems the harder you try, the quicker you fail.
  19. "Overdone" I think they tried to put to much in it and made watching it tedious. The effects and fights scenes were very good. Many pointless scenes and dialog. If you are going to make an eye candy movie, at least keep the pace up.
  20. I load them full with no problems. I use the Arrendondo inserts on my 140's and use the Grams on my 170's. I agree with Brian on the loading them past the bottom of the mag.
  21. Thanks for the input guys!!! I am starting to get the the "next-level" and having the input of the board participants has helped a lot. BE, Also thanks for adding the "next sight picture" part of it. TT recommend to me using waypoints, if I add the "next picture" part to that process, then maybe I can keep my brain from thinking at all during a stage and just watch what happens when the buzzer goes off, that would be cool
