  1. Dammit! My one chance to meet the man who's made me spit coffee on my screen as much as Rhino and I'm on the other side of the planet!!!!! You guys have fun and shoot well for me! Liota
  2. The US Air Force lost one of its own at Elmendorf AFB, AK, last Saturday. SrA Anderson made his last stripe before his peers for the stellar performance on behest of the Citizens of the United States of America. His passing is a great loss to his family, both blood-related and military. We'll miss him. On a more personal note, it pains me to see my friends hurt for the loss of one of our younger troops. Seeing such pain in a commrade is never easy, especially when you'd give and do anything to take the pain away and realize at the same time that you can do nothing to alleviate the pain. Liota
  3. SouthpawG26, Why wouldn't you carry with that trigger? I trust you with that trigger a heck of a lot more than the usual law enforcement ilk most of us put up with. Sounds like your mods have been helpful. Liota
  4. Oh My God!!!! I love it!!!!! I dislike AOL and that smarmy voice. Liota
  5. Easier test for testosterone levels If a man has more hair care products than I do, I can almost guarantee my testosterone levels are higher. Just say no to metro-sexual males. L
  6. Kath, Our own Mr. Powe announced the match a few months back. It was also discussed after the last one. Just as Sheldon mentioned, the San Angelo Gun Club web page has the announcement as well. If all else fails, contact Professor McCoy (jkmccoy on here), wakal, or me. The roller coaster/train has grown somewhat. They are threatening to move it to the 200 yard bay next year. I hope I'm there to see that one getting leveled. The stages should be entertaining and technical, both at the same time. The first two years the match was technically challenging. Last year it was a fun fest. Take care, Liota

  8. 'Bout time, Eric! The inmates were complaining about the heat. Great job! Liota
  9. I'm a public servant, employed by taxpayers. Hopefully, you guys are getting your money's worth. One of my current duties is to make sure you do. Liota
  10. I love the weather today. It was beautiful. Sunny, warm, nice. The grass is green. The trees are coming out. The wind blew just a little bit. The air was warm. It smelled like flowers from some of the trees. The bushes in front of the Personnel building are in bloom. All in all, just beautiful. I hate the weather today, because I wanted to be out in it and couldn't. My favorite Lt told me it was good there were no windows in my office. We'd never get any work done. Uhm, I asked her how that would be different from normal. Liota
  11. Kath, I'm glad you got to see Rhino. I miss him terribly. Need to e-mail. silly me. I do have his address. I'll e-mail him. Have fun with the mid-terms. I'm kind of jealous about the accounting one. I like to do that stuff. It's pretty simple. There are worse reasons to blow off homework. Take life where it gives itself to you. You'll never get those opportunities again. Take care. Good luck! Liota
  12. He might make one for me. I haven't asked. Liota
  13. Hopalong, When I first saw this thread, I was going to advise getting a small bottle of oil of clove. It's a miracle cure for dry sockets. They hurt like hell. My Mother had one that kept us both up all night. The doc put the oil of clove in there and it quit hurting nearly instantly. I got lucky. A civilian doc took the first two of the three I had. Those extractions went easily. Pain and swelling were only there for a couple of hours and then gone. The last one was pulled by a military doc. Nothing wrong with the tooth, mind you, just routine maintenance. Anyway, it cost me three days of work, lots of Percicet, and many many cups of hot chocolate. No dry sockets, though. Thanks to God! 14. Did they live in a state where "He needed killin'!" is a valid defense? L

It's Irkin. Too much Invader Zim. L
  16. Chuck, As long as Kim comes back home sometimes to shoot, we won't get too upset. He's a nice guy. The rest of you guys, What's going on with this forum? I wake up today and see a thread titled "Hot Man on Man Action!" and a tattoo thread that went south in a hurry. Wow! Mornings are different. L

    Pollen

Here in Korea, the dust will kill your allergies. We're getting a microdust from the Gobi Desert. It's in my lungs and making it hard to breathe. I have an inhaler, but am at an odds. If I use the inhaler, it opens my lungs. More dust, more inhaler. more dust more inhaler. Darned circle. Otherwise, there is the normal dust. Ugh! Liota
  18. jhgtyre, Is there some point you're trying to make here???? Those items are all NECESSARY. I have a good reason for owning each and every one of them. As soon as I figure out what those reasons are, I'll let you know. Liota
  19. Mike, As one of the co-designers of the 2011-style firearms, Virgil supports the competitive shooting sports in the most fundamental way. My $.02, Liota

Barry, I can't come home to shoot matches this year. The commute would kill me from Korea. Hmmm...what could I trade for Chocolate-Covered Macadamia Nuts that Barry can't get in Hawaii??? Liota

Barry, I'm glad you liked your visit to my home state. Wish I could be squadded with you at the Nationals again. Liota
  22. Ray, You, apparently, have not experienced the steeel picket fence. That thing has caused more foul language to come out of my mouth than any other prop in the sport. Liota
  23. Thank you, Kenny! I sent him a pm on the topic and e-mailed Dale about it. Liota
