  1. I would also stay under 10k if I plan to keep it
  2. Dillon's media last a long time and with their polish, works great
  3. Wow that was quick. A year after the mad rush and you still cannot find powder and primers
  4. Interesting that Powder Valley is out of most of the VV powders. Normally, they have a good selection in stock.
  5. I love my Kiss Bullet Feeder on my Super 1050. Works like clockwork for both 9mm and 40 SW that I have setup.
  6. Nice looking bench! I'll have to go to Sam's
  7. Looking forward to seeing this movie
  8. Depends on the range grounds such as gravel, sand etc. I have found that you need bigger wheels and you need to get the range bag raised from the ground. As you push it around, dust gets everywhere and skinny wheels gets stuck in sand.
  9. aside from replacing the rubber o rings, you need to keep the piston and the hood on the barrel clean. My 1100 has never had any malfunctions ever.
  10. You can also try Remington STS 980fps loads in an O/U, hardly any recoil at all. They will not cycle a semi auto though.
  11. I bought my daughter a Beretta A400 excel reduced length stock and she loves it. Soft shooting and light.
  12. DAA Racemaster. Works great, retains the gun well and just works.
  13. How about one of those LED lights that you wear on a band on your head ...saw one with 225 lumens
  14. Sporting Clays Consistency: You gotta be out of your mind by Gil Ash/OSP shooting school
  15. I had both JP CTR-02, one with and another without. I liked the balance and weight of the one without the heat shield much better. Shooting several 3 gun matches and did not notice any issues with heat on the handguard.
  16. I run 3 mag pouches - I will use 2 170mm and 4 140mm mags at a match. Always have 1 more than you need.
  17. You can also get some battery operated LED dome lights and not worry about wiring
  18. I have a Single Stage for Rifle, A Super 1050 for Pistol/Rifle (9,40,45,38sc,556) and a Ponsness Warren Patriot for Shotshell 12 G. I sold a Dillon 650 to make room for the PW.
  19. Stick with Production Division and shoot the 9mm, you can get really good shooting just 1 gun and 1 Division.
  20. I don't think I have ever seen a slide racker on a limited gun...must look weird.

    Cold!

Coldest I shot a match, it was 22 deg F and snowing but it was worse when it was 35 deg F and raining cats and dogs. 41 would be heaven for some...;-)

    New to clays

That is how it all starts - then before you know it, you have a ton of stuff, $$ and time invested in your new found hobby. No different than USPSA though and just as fun!
  23. Stunning...only thing better would be to have air conditioning for the summer in the Arizona heat.
