Noximus03
Hopefully it'll be a great story about this legend of men. My hopes are up, and I think this time, theyre justified being this high.
openclassterror
Damn. That trailer is intense. Hate to be in that spot. How could anybody put their kid in a war like that? No wonder our guys come back traumatized. Well deserved Respect for our servicemen and women.
remoandiris
Hopefully assclown Jesse Ventura doesn't get a piece of the profits.

Shooter115
So has anybody seen it yet? I know I'm going to, but who knows how long it will be before it makes it to our little one-horse town.
Corey
I've seen some things where Taya, Chris' wife, said "the movie got it right". Gives me hope that it will be good. Just re-read the book last week. Longer featurette including some short interviews with cast and crew
Steve RA
Opens in general on 16th of January. Was a showing in Dallas last week but you couldn't get in, too many wanting to see it.
TonytheTiger
I have high hopes, but anytime i read the book before the movie comes out I'm dissatisfied with the movie. Edited December 30, 2014 by TonytheTiger

Sgtsvi
I saw the movie last Sunday and it was extremely well done. I read the book and the movie followed the book as close as possible to keep it under 2 hours. You will not be disappointed when the movie is fully released. v1911
This book helped to change my view of servicemen, their families and what they have to endure. Easily one of my favorite reads. Dave, glad you gave this movie a thumbs up. Normally movies fall short in bringing books to life. Really looking forward to seeing this one as it will be one of my few "must see" this year. RJH
Is he going to beat up Jesse Ventura in the movie?
whitedog
Jesse Ventura is an opportunist. Hopefully karma visits him. Chris Kyle would not lie about a thing. Had the pleasure of meeting him long ago and he was a gentleman and a caring individual. Sorry for the rant....
Steve RA
I'm off to see it at North Park in Dallas this afternoon ! Will post impression later as I have also read the book previously.
Steve RA
OK ! Saw it and was highly impressed. True to the book although quite a bit left out in order to make a 2 hour movie out of it. Eastwood did a great directing job (as usual) and it turned out really well. Highly recommend it to everyone !!!
