I hear you getting them for shooting faster than the RO's or course designer and by wearing a sponsored shooting shirt at the nationals... (putting flame proof suit on.) RDSL: Pronounced "Are Diesel", that is round dumping to slide lock. This acronymn can be used as a verb and in the past tense, such as this. "That gamer really RDSL'ed that last stage." SONOFA: brought to us by screenname marinegrunt, IIRC it stands for "safety officer is a nazi or facist authoritarian". So instead of refering to someone who is a stickler for the rules as a Range Nazi, you can call them a SONOFA instead. That's pronounced like "son of a ...". I don't know if there is a S & W M & P forum out on this here Al Gore's cyber net, so I don't know if there is common acronym for that gun just yet, but I propose the SWAMP, which should be interchangeable with the MILPOL. "Joe is shooting a SWAMP now. Oh yeah, I really liked how that MILPOL felt with those interchangeable backstraps." So that brings me to my next question: Why, oh why, is the Glock and the SWAMP considered an SSP gun but the XD is stuck in ESP? What's with that? IIRC, the XD is good to go as a production gun in USPSA, just like the Glocks. (oops, sorry, I didn't mean to stir the pot, really I didn't) LOL, but seriously, let me propose that the guns with real triggers and hammers that are truly DA for the first shot or DAO should be the only guns in SSP.
