Ozy
Switching to open division.... can anyone recommend a good reliable source for 38supercomp ammo?
Hi-Power Jack
Looking into my crystal ball, wait, wait, I see ………. A reloading kit in your near future. You can save a bunch of $$$$ and get ammo customized for your shooting preferences.

S&W686
I have a new CK Arms Hardcore 38 Super Comp and I have been using Atlanta Arms. I am getting around 170 PF out of the ammo and it shoots very flat. So far I like it a lot.
BigBamBoo
I was looking at Atlantic Arms ammo. But since the 38SC they offer is very new, there is not much feed back on it.

Here's a quick review of their rimmed stuff. . . https://www.ssusa.org/articles/2017/2/22/atlanta-arms-elite-38-super-ammunition/
Nevadazielmeister
You know, I never thought to buy ammunition in 38 Super Comp. This is a great thread. However, I found that the store bought ammo by the case (1,000) is $0.41 per round. When I reload, I am at $0.156 plus maybe $0.02 for the brass (assuming 10 reloads per piece). So ammunition made is more than twice the price of reloads. As my wife and I have shot about 5,000 rounds in the last 5 months, that is a savings of almost $1,200, almost the price of a Dillon 650XL. Tnbb33
So OP should just get a Dillon 1050 is the consensus In seriousness you would pay for the press with cost savings soon versus buying ammo.
