obsessiveshooter
What a gorgeous postol! Since 1911s/2011s don't fit me, this is out-of-the-box perfection to me. I can't think of a thing I'd change. And the price is still lower than a bone stock Edge! I look forward to hearing how she runs!l. twister
How much heavier is it?
IronicTwitch
How much heavier is it? Sorry, I don't have a food scale or anything capable of weighing it with any precision. The specs put it within an ounce of stock, if I recall correctly.

EngineerEli
Pity it doesn't have windage adjustment. Looks like a nice addition you have You can still drift adjust it like any dovetailed sight. How is the grip size (with and length, circumference) compared to a standard TS with the waffle checkering still in place? After the waffle checkering is removed? The stock TS was just a hair too big for my medium sized hands...

The length is shorter and between that and the go pedal it feels like a different gun. More control laterally. I feel like my front sight wags a bit unless I'm really locked into form. But the better checking, reduced length from under beaver tail to under trigger, plus the go pedal make the TS Orange feel more stable. So far just in dry fire. Should get a holster and range time later this week.

Matt1
The cutout for the thumb rest is exactly the same as the cutout in the czechmate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Gooldylocks
That is interesting, I would have expected the Orange too be heavier with the wider frame...

Matt1
The full dust cover would add weight but the undercut, beaver tail, thinner trigger guard and I suspect the checkering would subtract it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Matt1
I've probably got 1500 rounds through mine now with not one stoppage (it even some overly fat rounds that I expected to get stuck). No complaints so far. I'm about to shoot our Nationals with it next week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
