Built this single stack from a Rock River Arms slide and frame I had and put about 10k rounds through it, but never got around to getting it finished. So I finally sent it off about 3 weeks ago before I went on vacation. Got it back just in time for the Indiana Single Stack Championship this weekend. Figured I'd take a few pictures while it's all clean and pretty.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. Magwell is a one-piece mainspring housing and magwell from Nighthawk. Very nice part but kinda pricey, and only avail. in flat, no arch. I did most of the work on the gun with an old Clausing 8520 mill. For the magwell opening, I used a 60 degree ¾" carbide countersink . Chrome was handled by a company I've done business with for a long time as a favor.

If you ask me, hard chrome is the best finish for pistols, hands down.

Agreed. I've been shooting my SV/Caspian 9mm since 2007. USPSA, IDPA, 3 Gun and Steel Challenge. It still looks brand new.
