  1. I have an Anova (KindaLikeThis). Did a pork rib roast over the weekend and it turned out great. I didn't have much luck with chicken or fish, but beef and pork comes out great and consistently perfectly done throughout. Finish over the barbecue, stove, or oven and enjoy. Highly recommend one of the Rubbermaid container and top for more efficient and longer cook cycles. (Container)
  2. Another thing that's leading to the shortage are the contracted shipments to US military, police, and NATO allies.
  3. A couple more: Moon Lars and the Real Girl About Time
  4. What is your favorite movie that's a bit off the beaten path. Maybe the movie didn't do so well at the theaters, but it's well made. No blockbusters please. I'll start with Lucky Number Slevin. Lucy Liu is just so fantastic in this movie.
  5. Check SNS Casting: Link Looks like even SNS is sold out.
  6. Unless you can shoot at 2400 rph, it's possible to reload faster with automation. It does take some time and a good money tree to shake, but it's possible. Happy thanksgiving.
  7. Knowing what I know now, I would have picked up 55g drums of 9mm, 223 for pennies per round and sold them for $1/round. I wouldn't even need to reload.
  8. You can buy them off of ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bullet-Feeder-for-Dillon-XL650-XL750-by-SD-9mm-40SW-and-45ACP/323983453561?hash=item4b6eeb2d79:g:4R4AAOSwbdVfEHaB No idea if they work or not, but there is a 3d printed model out there that many are made from.
  9. When they first organized, well maybe. But most bands you'll never hear about until they've figured out a sound and a way to write their own stuff. Marley was born in 1945 and was making some sort of music in the 60's, 70's, and even into the 80's. Peter Gabriel didn't have commercial success until the So album in '86. But do you recognize him for being with Genesis in the 60's or him as a solo act later?
  10. In the setup below, you won't have space for the priming backup die. In the bullet feeder's place, add a power check. This cover's another users setup and most of this will be close to what you're using for 9mm:
  11. I know you've done some mountain biking, but ebikes put a fun twist on riding. It's not something that you need to train all week to make the climbs anymore since you have the battery assist. It's more about enjoying the downhills, rinse, and repeat. Also, Texas oil tanker surfing is a thing:
  12. Oh no. Sorry to hear. I liked how he hosted the show, but more importantly how great he was with the contestants. He seemed like the best of Canada.
  13. That's not right. You can get one of these: https://ballistictools.com/store/swage-gage-small-primer-pocket Ensure that your primer pocket is deep enough to seat a primer. Also helps to set your primer swage rod correctly.
  14. You could call it a feature and sell your PCC as a sub-machine gun for big dollas.
  15. I went to Bass Pro and was surprised to see some powder on the shelf. I picked up a pound of CFE pistol. All the common cartridges were sold out (.22LR, 9mm/45CACP,223,30-30,308) but there was a lot of niche rounds available including a ton of 30-06. It was inspiring to see.
  16. Do you have a primer pocket go/no go tool like this one? Large Pocket Gage I'm wondering if your priming plunger isn't getting the pocket to a correct size before inserting the primer in the next station.
  17. Loved The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo. Hated the Smith's, but there's no accounting for taste.
  18. If you really wanted it secure, hammer drill into the concrete and bolt the feet to the floor. Way overkill, but possible to make the bench rock solid.
  19. To me, 80's music was spectacular. It brought us The Clash, The English Beat, Talking Heads, U2, Madness and so many more great bands. Bob Marley and the Wailers ascended during this time along with the Pretenders and The Jam. Mr Peter Gabriel did some of his best work in the 80's.
  20. There's a guy on this site that processes brass. I think he's Laxman on this forum. I've bought some fully processed .223 from him.
  21. I have 2 1050's. With so many people automating the 1050s left and right, it's hard to go wrong with them. The 1100 is a design carried over from the RL1050, but that just makes it different and not necessarily better.
