  1. Yes, they give me big lists of parts to add to my Brownell's orders.
  2. As far as I know their never was any instructions, you want to put on the mount with the trigger pin replacement screw use a couple of sight mount screws against the slide to level it. Mark and drill your holes for the cylinder portion of the internal retaining nut, heat up the rim portion of the nut and push it into place. That's how John Nagel does it, the flat part of the rim goes to the bottom. Don't heat it up in the frame, hold it with needle nose pliers, get it just hot enough to push flush on the inside of the frame. It shall become one with the frame if done correctly.
  3. I've been shooting open for the last few years but used to shoot Limited, when I gave up on n320 because of availability I went to WST for my Glock G35. I loaded the same length as you, I used 175gr. Laser Cast SWC with I think 4.3gr. of WST I shot thousands and thousands of that load it was very accurate, recoil was light and I never had signs of being over pressured. Tim thanks...what was the PF with this load in your Glock? I went and looked at my load data it was a 170gr. bullet and 4.5 gr. of WST the power factor was 170 Tim
  4. I think it is a little big for a pocket pistol, I would use it IWB. Tim

  6. I have 3 Ti strikers in my spare parts box and o in my guns. I can feel more resistance against the trigger bar when you pull the trigger with Ti opposed to steel. I like lightened steel or stock over Ti and think your money would be better spent on ammo. Tim
  7. I have two with set screws that will loosen up and two with detents that work great, one has the detent in the racker and the other has it in the slide no problems with either.
  8. I have one and it works great, I also know several other shooters that run them and they are all happy. Tim
  9. I have a CCF open gun built by John Nagel of SJC it is a great gun I couldn't be happier with it.
  10. I use my ACT-MAGs with a Dawson Ice magwell and Dawson alum. base pads so that's not a problem, and the feed lip issue were the right feed lip cracked at the rear was solved a couple of years ago. Tim
  11. I won't use Chip McCormick mags for the reasons mentioned above. I use ACT-MAGs which a lot of people hate because they had problems with some early ones, but they work 100% for me. Tim
  12. I think they are Festive.
  13. I didn't know Bart was a 9 Major kinda guy.
  14. I use light or heavy Mobil 1 depending on the application, if you want the same thing (maybe even a little better) that says GUN on it Royal Purple makes a gun oil. Tim
  15. (Both at 1.145 OAL, 7.6 grs. Silhouette or 7.0 grs. of AutoComp with 124/125 gr. bullets. 170 P.F. in my guns very pleasant to shoot and very accurate. YMMV start low.) I use Standard small pistol, anything but Rem. or Wolf. And the loads are not compressed, AutoComp is really dense 8#s come in what looks like a 4# container. Tim

  17. If your using small pistol primers, and they aren't Rem. or Wolf install a 4# Wolff striker spring. You'll have a better trigger and your recoil spring will be better matched to your striker spring. Tim
  18. I recently detected the same problem right before a big match, I replaced the mag release spring with a new standard power one I had in my spares. I don't know if the other one had been trimmed or if it just lost strength but the new one solved the problem. Tim
  19. Same here; installed on my 9mm STI Trojan. I'm number 4 for the Dawson Ice, I run the no gap. Tim
  20. Has the front spring attachment point been relocated by someone doing trigger work? I relocate it on all the Glocks I do trigger jobs on, but If you leave the original hole as is the current trend you have to make sure the spacing is correct or it will bind. This would be two holes on the trigger bar tang, you would use the top one and snake the loop on the spring through the bottom one. Tim
  21. I always carried spares but only broke one in about 18 years of shooting Glocks. Use Glock factory springs and make sure they are installed correctly, the opening on the spring should be down at the trigger bar or it will bind and break. Tim
