  1. You made me shed a tear, well maybe two.
  2. My Docter continually needed a Doctor so I went to a C-More on an SJC mount, held up much better for me. Pretty guns, good job.
  3. Limited, Limited 10 and open. Skateboard tape would be legal in those same divisions.
  4. I have had several Limited and open guns with the T.H.E. and have not had any problems. Tim
  5. I think Silhouette would be a little slow for that application, I used to run that combo for 9MM major and it worked well. Tim
  6. I've shot a G22, G35 and G24 my personal preference is the G35 then the G24 then the G22. I shot the G24 for a few years when I went to the G35 I just shot it better it seemed a little faster on transitions and was every bit as accurate. The G22 was mostly a back up, GSSF and carry gun it shot well but not as good as the other 2 which is what you would expect with the longer sight radius longer barrel and a little more weight out front. Tim
  7. I'd like to see it, I shot a Ruger Match July 31st it was a lot of fun. I plan on shooting all I can. Tim
  8. Blow up propane tanks with a gun! Tell us more about this, not that I think I would like to try it. CYa, Pat BTW Welcome to the forums. I have a friend who is a pyromaniac- does fire breathing, makes structures for Burning Man, etc. So he had a flame thrower and we lit up some wood and other debris on fire, put a propane tank next to it, and shot at the propane with a Glock 22. When we shot the tank, we were presented with a nice little explosion. On one of my hits, the propane tank shot in the air and landed about 50 yards behind me. I should see if I can upload a picture. I'll have to get one up later on. Now that is the California that I knew and left, keep up the good work. Tim PS; gallon can of gas on sawhorse over road flare shot with high powered rifle (7mm Mag. ect.) at dusk, very cool!
  9. "If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went." Will Rogers, 1897-1935 Dogs are so wonderful, it's hard to believe that these friends that want nothing more than to please were derived from a wild beast. I'm sorry for your loss I lost my best friend Wally April 1st and their has been a big hole in my heart since then. Last night I drove a 300 miles to pick up a 9 week old Goldendoodle pup, Wally will always reside in my heart but this little guy won't let me be preoccupied. 15 years is a respectful lifespan it just sucks when your not their to comfort a loved one as they pass, take solace in the fact that you did everything you could. Tim
  10. I think I would go for MGM over anything else. Tim
  11. I always figured George for a Mustang guy, cool commercial.
  12. I looked at your gun and I think I'd leave it where you have it, but you have a full length rail right? if so go to the range and run some drills see what works best. Tim
  13. I bet Billy May could sell a million of those.
  14. I have both the metal and the Arrendondo plastic spacers, they both work well but I prefer the Arrendondo's. The plastic are easy to glue in to the mag and being lighter they are less likely to come loose from being dropped. I think the plastic also has a lubricity that makes them slicker. Tim
  15. I guess I need to go back to the gun store and play with it a little more, I thought the trigger was pretty good in the single action mode. Tim
  16. Check out teamrimfire.com oh and if that Model 41 doesn't work out for you I have a Ruger I'll trade you. Tim
  17. I've got 4 factory mags and as long as I don't let them get to dirty they seem to work great. I can get them out of Brownells for about $13.00 I think I'll just get a couple more of those. Thanks for all the help Tim
  18. Are the Tactical Innovations mags 10 or 25 rounds?
  19. I need to get more mags for my 10/22 just low cap. for rim fire matches. which do you suggest? Tim
  20. These are the people that had positive ground or positive earth as they referred to it, because some Limey rocket surgeon decided that somehow electricity flowed better in that direction. In full disclosure I'm English. Tim
  21. How do you ditch the mag safety, do you need to install Mark II parts? Does the hammer make any difference because Brownells offers the Volquartsen accurizing kit that has the hammer, trigger and sear. Thanks Tim
  22. I just bought a Ruger Mark III 22/45 RP, and I would like to improve the trigger and get rid of the magazine safety. The Volquartsen parts look kinda promising any tips. Thanks Tim
  23. I know I saw where the mount and multi. sold for $550.00 on another forum. I thought maybe they didn't know what they had, do the knockoffs have the original manufacturers name on them?
