RHT and double alpha for me, as mentioned earlier, pay attention to your trigger guard, you might need a czechmate Insert

1mm, you get get them from amazon for 5 bucks and a full bag of them, don’t buy from CZC, it’s a rip off

I would just use what I have for now, then slowly go from there

You made the wise choice, shooting CZ as well. Lots of custom options from CZC or Cajun gun works
