Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thanks, no sooner than I posted that I read the article...oops. And thank you for clarifying, I'm also still learning the terminology hahaha. Thanks guys
  2. I was going to start by using my G2C, but after shooting it for the first time I realized just how "snappy" it is. I couldn't hardly keep my support hand in place, it bounced around so much. I also just found out that my local range has $10 Steel Shoot comps every friday so i'm going to start doing that before the local USPSA comps start up, get some practice/range time in and figure out what i'm doing. Thanks for all the help
  3. I have been looking around a different forums and articles and can't seem to get a definitive answer, at least a recent one. I just bought an M&P 2.0 to start shooting USPSA in March. If I am going to shoot Production Division, can I replace the trigger? I have seen articles where some people say yes it's legal and some that say it's not, most of them are 5 or 6 years old. Could someone clarify this for me? I don't want to show up and end up either in a class that I didn't anticipate, or wors, DQ'd. Thanks for any help!
  4. I live in western Indiana near Illinois. I just recently decided to give comp shooting a shot. I definitely don’t have anything super exciting right now. M&P AR15, S&W .357 Magnum, and a Taurus G2C that I CC. The matches around my neck of the woods don’t start until March so I figured I’d use that time to brush up, practice, and try to have a good time. I’ve never been a huge Glock guy but I have been reading lately that a 17 is a good gun to start with for Production Division. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
