Mine runs mostly fine. I have an automated apex. The most important thing I’ve found is it must be clean. Once you get any powder or primer residue under the disk, the problems start.
also I’ve found that cci primers run best, federal and Winchester are much more finicky.
I usually do a 2k reloading session with minimal problems.

I had already removed the small lip in the indentation for the thumb test because it caught on the *thumb rest [generic]* rest. I’m not sure if the align thumb rest would catch there or not, I’d guess yes.
They absolutely do wear out. It’s very noticeable when using an automated press and coated bullets. Bullets will start tipping and getting shaved while seating. Replace the funnel, problems go away..
Not really for 147gr. I’ve used both and there was no appreciable difference. In the end when I was running a legion upper I switched to 135gr, which was better but not great.
