  1. 2 of those 3 have crimped primer pockets. Make sure your swage station is set correctly.
  2. Bumping this for a second look. Seems like the idea went away with barely a peep from any admins. CO has become one of the most popular divisions and there are plenty of CO topics that dont really fit in the open forum, or that get divided into the manufacturer specific production forums....
  3. There is no reason for iron sights of any kind on a red dot competition gun. Using irons as a crutch for finding the dot will always be slower than someone with proper index.
  4. Actually this had slipped my mind. The takedown lever has a tendency to break in the 10-20k round area. Less than that if you use a thumb rest version. If you if you inspect it regularly, you can usually see the crack start to develop. This is something you definitely want to keep an eye on.
  5. No. I’m talking about the striker reset spring. It’s inside the striker assembly. The circled spring is the striker safety spring.
  6. Common problem. Doesn’t really effect the function of the gun. But if you dryfire with any regularity, you are gonna toast that spring. I stopped replacing them in my practice gun a long time ago.
  7. It’s possible you have the spring post upside down.
  8. Pre travel doesn’t really matter to me. To me the most important metric is the reset distance.
  9. Was that in a p320 X5 or a X5 legion? 12 is borderline too light in a X5, but should be no issues in a X5 legion.
  10. 2 million rounds through a single X5, impressive! Or more likely 2000 rounds, which is barely broken in?
  11. Over the last 4 years I have 200k+ rounds on various p320 X5s and X5 Legions. I’m trying to think of any issues I’ve had that weren’t user induced and can’t.
  12. I’ve never seen a reshoot at a club match for a 2fer on a Texas star or polish plate rack.
  13. The thing is, even at 33.5 cents a primer , it still works out better to reload than 60-90 cents for factory ammo currently. A friend of mine recently bought a bunch of syntech direct from federal for $700 per Thousand. Crazy, but if he wants to continue to live fire, it’s what he chose to do. maybe someday things will go back to what they were in 2019 or maybe they won’t. Either way, it’s not gonna be any time soon.
  14. I’ve noticed that the GX holsters create a lot more wear than other holsters I’ve used.
  15. The X5 barrel is fit better and the slide locks up to the gun a bit tighter. I’m not sure what else. That said the legion will shoot certain ammo well, mostly 124gr. The X5 will shoot most ammo well. I prefer 147gr bullets. The legion group at 15 yards looked like a shotgun blast, 4-5” group. The X5 will shoot the same ammo all into 1 hole, <1” group.
  16. I am well aware of this. In fact,I am so aware that I use the X5 slide instead of the legion slide. That said, i find it very unlikely that they will alter the mechanical design from the current p320 design. Time will tell...
  17. Id be very surprised if it was mechanically different from a p320 legion or even a standard p320.
  18. Pretty much what I was expecting. A p320 legion with a r3 max direct mounted.
  19. and here it is.... https://soldiersystems.net/2021/01/18/sneak-peek-sig-p320max/
  20. I’m talking about when the cam is off.
  21. Most bucket style kydex holsters like GX or RHT, the gun will bounce out if you have to run any faster than a slow jog. They just don’t have very good retention compared to say, bladetech
  22. I lock mine down when I am ROing. I don’t see any reason to during a walk through though.
