    The stop was ground down to prevent lockback. It also had about 100 k rounds on it.

    My STI 2011 slide stop is walking out during a stage after years of faithful use. I had to keep my thumb on it to hold it in. What do I do to fix this?

    Also change sides to run a left handed shooter. I see this mistake with the RO on the wrong side. You need to see the holster and fingers.

    FYI. I had some primer flow and changed to a new firing pin and it went away.

    The cut frame looks more finished and the light weight at the end of the gun will help with transitions. But. Get the one you like the best. The biggest problem with shooting open is pulling the trigger when you are not on the target not the pistol frame.

    I was told if you don't fit them well and force the grip on it can distort the slide.

    In most service cases you pay to ship in and they pay to ship out. In my general experience with vendors.

    You need to use counter sunk holes and flat heads to clear the slide.

    Well.. it does make sure the case is in contact with the projectile as a last step in the process.

    I run 2 MBX 170s as my go to match mags. They are always working in 9mm for me.

    You can use the low mount plate to transfer the hole pattern on top of a c-more upright mount like that from STI . Center it well. Drill it then screw it on. For the pistol I don't think the little bump is as important as with rifle recoil. This would let you try it quickly.

    I believe that when the bullet hits the ramp of the chamber, the force transmitted from the projectile to the case acts as a lever trying to pry the projectile out of the case. The more of the case length that is in contact with the projectile the more resistance there is to popping out the projectile.

    I will try to check tonight. the Romeo is on My rifle but it would be interesting to try on the Open gun.

    I do like the .001" undersize die for the long 9mm. You do need a proper crimp just to make sure as much case is holding on as can be.

    With MBX mags I can run 1.16 or the 1.20 length ammo reliably.
