Mark your barrel with an eraseble sharpie, the rounds should be hitting anywhere from half way up the feed ramp or higher.. If they are its not your barrel. Possibly your spring and followers may be worn out.. I load 1.185 with coated bullets on all 3 of my 2011 and they run with out a hitch.. Mbx, Sti gen 1and 2 mags.. What type of 2011 is it

Butler cut for competition, full slide for asthetics.

You might be under powered with your load It's not cycling the slide all the way back. I would try 3.4 to 3.5 gr of TG.. Carbon build is usually not the issue.. No limp wrist either!!

Try too pin point it to a specific mag, if that's the case.. 13k Rounds is a lot of rounds for original spring and followers. Are you still using the same ammo???
