Shadow 2 are know to have inherently short chambers for starters. Bullet profile will be another cause for variance in oal. The later is the reason for the shorter oal.. As long as you plunk fine your good to go. I would have the barrel reamed out. Patriot defense has a very quick turn time and very reasonably priced.

Thanks, that would be great, much appreciated.. Lovex seems to be the holy grail for open. Its not well known due to lack of data, but your post will open the eyes to many. I've know of this powder for several years but never had the need to use until now, just placed a deposit for a chaos. In my opinion 3n38 is the next best thing but just much of a pain to load. Thanks again.

Great information thanks for sharing, with your lovex load how full was the case at 9.7gr.. I hear a lot of good things about this powder, looking to try it on 115gr bullets.. 3n38 is a pain to load.. Thanks

Cha-lee I had a question on Grip pressure, where do emphasize the grip pressure, palms..front to back.??? I am constantly working on my Grip..trying to find the right balance. would like to here your perspective. thanks

Ssanders224 I have to strongly disagree with you, I have shot Tens of Thousands of rounds with N310 with absolutely NO issues what so ever. it has become my preferred powder for loading 40Cal. I much preferred it over N320, which is also a great powder.

4.2 gr of N310 will be your sweet spot for your bullet profile and OAL

When you live fire, run a few mags without the timer.. Get comfortable with the recoil of the gun.. Warm up..

Try the. 400, the 401 may be to wide for your barrel. I run 400 on all of my 2011.. They won't run 401..
