  1. Just got two cases of black bullets last week and they are solid. Brass Monkey, Gallant, Blue are all solid
  2. Everglades race holster is very common to see now

  5. Per the website, yes to everything you asked
  6. Honestly running minor loads you're probably not creating enough gas to even run it enough to matter. I would save money there and buy primers lol
  7. You're gonna wanna really short comp to run minor loads. You can also get your slide cut for a plate system to run different dots. I say do it if the investment will be reasonable financially. If it gets expensive, might be more cost effective to get a used 2011.
  8. Use a slower powder and you won't have to worry. I'm currently using HS-6 and its easier on my guns
  9. Why not the DAA dry fire mags?
  10. HS-6 7.8gr @1.160 you will be easily above pf. Not compressed. Aa7. 9.5gr @ 1.160 will be compressed and you should be around 170pf HS-6 is my best of all things in 9 major
  11. I've accidentally reloaded them and shot them. They will crack sooner than regular brass from my experience
  12. My advice, if you participate in any major matches next year invest in starline brass for that match. I started it doing it a few matches before nats and my ammo was flawless. I won't leave reliability to chance anymore even if it's statistically small. N350 is a great powder and pretty low pressure. I use it from time to time but mostly for a very predictably recoiling pattern in 40 major.
  13. Rob Leathem said in one of his videos, "Small stages are about the points. Big field courses will reward time a little more" If they can shoot alphas as fast as possible, relative to difficulty of target, than both things become mostly equal and you don't have to sacrifice one for the other
  14. In my open load with HS6 i can go down 0.1gr and get same pf with a rifle primer. If it's 5.56 primer like CCI 41 i can go down 0.2 grains
  15. That's crazy. I bought a Romeo 3 Max back in February two days before Florida Open after my RTS2 took a dump. Still have the factory battery in there since then and have put at least 10k on that gun this year. Its the friggin C squad at the factory in Japan that is doing this to you lol
  16. Have a friend that recently bought one and sheeeeeeesh is that trigger crisp and reset nice. I just can't get over the price tag for MY taste. If it's something you are really into you won't regret it
  17. Silicone carbide on the plastic grip is all you need. I have metal grips and they are nice but my match gun I've stuck to plastic with silicone carbide
  18. It's safe to reload. Just make sure it's dry. You cant even see how dull it is when it is in the chamber lol
  19. There's literally primers everyday online between Brownells, Midway, Natchez, mid south, etc. Yes, they are expensive but that's where life is now. Stock up and stay ahead of your last case by a lot.
  20. USPSA is a social hobby with some shooting. All your individual goals will always be your own and you get what you put in. No one else really cares but it's a great way to spend weekend days with like minded people. Just go out and have fun. Your goals will change, or they may not, either way it's ok. My closest friends to date are people I met through USPSA.
