  1. We have a range in the area that lets you rapid fire only after taking a training course to make sure your safe about it.
  2. I use to use a spray bottle to practice squeezing the trigger for the fast twitch reflexes, practice with both hands so you can shoot off hand too.
  3. Can you use the same pin and safety from the other or is the safety wider also?
  4. 15 minutes a day isn't bad. I just glanced at the article but will read the details later. I also need to practice two eyes open aiming technique.
  5. This is the first time I've heard of the tape trick. I'll have to look through the forum to see if there is any two eye open training techniques.
  6. Interesting concept, I'll have to check it out. Thanks for sharing.
  7. Do you want to use it for appendix carry or 4:00, 6:00? I like the idea of the alien gear for the back but a single clip holster for apeendix with a claw to keep it tight, otherwise the grip sticks out. I have a G43.
  8. I'll have to give it a shot, I've been looking for an app.
  9. There is also the TX5i Steiner of you don't want to lose too much magnification. Both are lighter then the Vortex.
  10. Im looking to get new Oakleys with the Prism lenses later this month. Encouraging to see the comments from everyone.
  11. I have a VG6 muzzle break which is light and shoots flat. I have the Tapcom ultralight buffer kit which I've tuned to work with my adjustable gas block. It helps reduce recoil, it's not pricey, and it's lighter than typical buffer setup.
  12. I have not seen these yet, do they have wide angle of view or more standard?
  13. Are there any phone apps for those that aren't ready to purchase a real timer?
  14. Yeah, I need quite a bit more practing to get to one eye shifting with a pistol. I just haven't been able to get to the range often as I like to practice.
  15. Some of you are lucky, I've been slow my entire life. I always seemed to need more repetition than others to get fast but practice pays off eventually.
  16. That would be a good deal of it works out. I like the reticle but not the weight. I'm trying sell my Burris 1-5x for something lighter.
  17. I couldn't agree more with FFP reticles for 8x. I wanted a FFP 1-6x but am settling on a SFP because I can't imagine many situations, if any, where I'd be running on 4x. Up to 200-300yds I should be fine on 1x and jump to 6x for anything further. I'd hate to have to be on 8x all the time for mid range shots which is why I feel FFP is critical, at least for me, starting at 8x.
  18. That was a good movie, even my wife liked it. We still need to see the first one.
  19. I agee, I really like the bracket type holdovers. Looking forward to some more reviews in it. Hopefully it will be getting into more hands soon.
  20. Abital is making the cheap 1-8x, seems to be on pair with PSA scopes which is good quality for the price.
  21. I'm thinking of getting the Plano hard case, it's only $50-$60 and seems like a prettty popular choice to the more expensive pelican cases. I do have a friend who loves his pelican case.
  22. I have a VG6 it is about the same size as the A2 flash hider and very effective for recoil and muzzle rise.
  23. Wasn't he claiming to have some ultra quiet suppressor that didn't live up to the hype a few years ago?
