How much for that 9mm conversion kit? I have a Witness Longslide chambered in .40 that I've toyed with the idea of getting a 9mm top for. I assume the extractor would have to be changed, not to difficult? THanks

Are you talking large frame or small frame Tanfoglio's? Small Frames won't take anything over 1.15 OAL. Large frames can probably handle a little longer. After talking w/Bevin a lot about my small frame feeding problems it appears the magazine tubes themselves and the inconsistencies they have in regards to internal dimensions attribute a lot to bad feeding.

Is it purely the Witness Stock is a large frame and the Stock II is a small frame? Or am I not even close? I've seen a lot of talk here about the Stock II so I'm trying to figure out the difference. Thanks in advance

All I can suggest is try Federal Small Pistol Primers. They go bang easier than other brand primers, especially Winchester. Good luck

what's your OAL in relationship to the interior mag dimension?

this probably won't help you but in my competition frame 9x21 everything works OK, except I can't load any longer than 1.17 otherwise I get feeding problems in the mag. The competition frame is based off of the older small frames, much like a typical CZ-75. I do know the 'smith at EAA told me for mine it prefers 130 gr 9mm bullets. I've purchased some but have yet to load em up.

I ponied up the bucks when I bought my 20 that had already been completely tricked out with the Vanek trigger. 1.25 lbs. Two of my friends who shoot S_I (Brazos and Benny Hill Fat Free) were in disabelief on how it felt. They never thought a Glock trigger could feel so good. To each his own I say.

28 rounds in the CZ 9mm 25 rounder with Grams spring and follower. I think it's a 13 coil spring and the follower is for an STI 9mm. It's a spring/follower kit that Beven sells for an STI. Since the follower is different than the std CZ or EAA the slide is not supposed to look back, but mine does.

can I get some dimension on that slide racker? I'd like to see if it will fit on my Competition frame 9x21 open. thanks

the ts is a little larger. It's based onthe "large frame" from CZ, where the std CZ-75 platform is considered a small frame. you can't go wrong with the TS, go for it

my buddy just bought one of the SPS mags/kit from Dean/DoctorUSA and is very pleased with the results. They work as promised in his Brazos Limited gun with 21 in the mag and with 21+1.

Was that something you came up with based on your own experience or guidance someone gave you? It sounds very conservative. I'm not arguing, just curious. My issue G22 had three thousand through it before I left the academy and it's had more than that through it since with the original spring and it's never malfunctioned on me yet. My personal G22 has even more rounds through it on the original spring and still works 100%. own experience plus guidance
