I have a 20C that is modified for USPSA Limited class, using a .40S&W chambered barrel. The lower has been modified to a point that I don't want to fool with it, I like it just the way it is. I want to use this G20 lower and possibly build the upper out of parts that would enable me to compete in Open class. I was thinking the following:
6" long slide/ported
6" long barrel chambered in .40S&W/ported
some brand of red dot sight
Any information that anyone is willing to give on this is very much appreciated. I want to stick with the .40 S&W cartridge just for ease of reloading since I am already set-up for that shooting in Limited class. I also don't want to buy the G35 or G24 as I prefer the feel of the larger frame and I am pretty sure those have the small frame.
