I have CRKT M16-12 lock blade. I noticed last week that one of the screws holding the blade was missing. The knife still functioned perfectly. I went to their website under the warranty section and found that their products carry a lifetime warranty. I quickly scanned through the warranty, assuming I was screwed since I no longer had proof of purchase or anything, but I found this was not a requirement. It said basically to box it up and send it to them, and they would fix it or replace it. Even better than that, I found that they had a link to click for replacement parts. I clicked on that, selected the part I needed from their menu, and entered my name and address. Yesterday, less than one week later, I found the part in my mailbox--no charge, no shipping cost, no questions.
