  1. Some stainless is not magnetic. Don’t know what’s in the grip. I like it though
  2. I got a 2nd email last Sunday saying it was in process.
  3. I was thinking the exact same as I read that!
  4. Why you going so hot? Your loads are way too slow for major, and the Q5 is not an optimal open gun. For production or carry optics, your loads are way too hot. I’m not making the connection here. What are you trying to achieve with these loads?
  5. Stoke it up and make it lethal, cowboy.
  6. Did he have a 40 or a 9? Curious what capacity he could get in the 40 mags with aftermarket base pads.
  7. Huh. I’ve heard it too many times in different places for it to be regional. Thanks.
  8. How about, “give me a nod when ready.” Shooter ready.” Then in a quieter voice, “shooter indicates ready” likes he’s letting everybody else know. Where does this stuff come from?
  9. I tried this with a G22 RTF2 with gill cocking serrations, and frankly, it sucked. There is just no substitution for the weight and trigger of a 2011, Tanfo Limited, or CZ TS/TSO. If my budget was $1000, I’d go used Tanfo Limited over a FrankenGlock any day all day.
  10. There is a used Tanfo Elite Limited 40 on GB for $969 right now.
  11. Stock II is a DA/SA, you can run it cocked & safey engaged for Limited division. Trigger will be creepier than a good SAO trigger, but a versatile gun for Ltd. & Production 40 minor. If you only shoot Lrd. I’d stick to the Elite or Custom. There is a really nice looking used Limited on Gunbroker now for $969. If I could still see iron sights, I’d be on that.
  12. I was thinking about this. Sig P320 in 40 are cheap, $349 at CDNN. Add a new tungsten grip for $299, Gray guns trigger kit, mags with base pads, you’ll have a heavy limited gun. I don’t consider the Gray trigger gunsmithing, but it will be worth the 1/2hr. effort. I’ve shot a Tanfo Limited worked over by Henning, and it’s a great gun for the money. Love the Tanfo grip. But it will benefit from gunsmithing. For your price range and requirements, your choices are few.
  13. I have a couple of the aandabooks hangers, & they work well & are solid, but kinda unrefined & rough. They are also the most economical. For not much more, the Henry Holsters hanger looks really nicely made. Only $4 more for black hard anodizing.
  14. I submitted the rebate online when I bought my Legion for $200 credit in the Sig store. When I arrives, I plan to buy a tungsten grip. Did anyone else submit for the rebate?
  15. I had RK surgery 30 years ago, got down to 20/20, and was glasses free until a couple years ago when I noticed trouble reading the paper. Last week I saw the top LASIK surgeon in the area, and found I’m not a candidate due to the scarring from the RK. LASIK didn’t exist when I had my surgery. I found Spits Magshot glasses on eBay. Safety glasses with magnified insert. Gonna try these.

    P320 X5 Thread

Me neither. Someone posted also the barrels were not interchangeable. My X5 barrel dropped right into my Legion slide.
  17. Never mind, agreed, you will be close on weight
  18. Any idea when we can ship ammo?
  19. Put in the 12# recoil spring and try again.

    Romeo 1 Pro

It’ll fit in the dovetail cut & the holes line up, but the Legion is tapped for M4 screws, the same as the Deltapoint Pro. The M4 screws are too big to fit thru the holes in the body of the Romeo 1. At least one shooter has drilled out the body to fit the M4 screws & dressed it with Magic Marker

I too have a couple Romeo 1s, one with about 5000 on an X5, and one still in the box. I do like them, but have no illusions that they’ll last better than anything else.

I’m sorry, but how is it a screaming deal? It’s classic Sig vaporware with no track record. It might be the greatest RDS ever, but it’s premature to say so. Like EVERY other sight, we’ll pay our money & take our chances.
