  1. That is strong. How many matches a month are you shooting? How much time do you spend training on a daily basis?
  2. Mine seem to walk a bit, I just push it back to center when it does. I've never had it move enough to come out.
  3. My buzzer started making funny sounds the other night, it said 40% charge left. I recharged it and it works fine now. Hopefully it keeps running! I put two pieces of packing tape over the speaker to use it in the house. Its nice and quiet. That's what mine was doing... except it was doing it at about 90% charge. So I'd literally have to charge it every other day to make it through the 3rd dry fire session. Hopefully they get this one right. The only complaints I have about it is the battery issue and the length of the beep, but then again, if I get to a point where a minimum .6 second par time is an issue, I'll gladly purchase a different unit. Ended up having to send mine in for repairSent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk My second has the same issue as the first.
  4. I love a blued gun worn down to the white. Burley a personal preference though. Hard chrome is certainly more durable and hassle free.
  5. I have the same issue, as I am generally a lot slower out of the gate than after I am warmed up. I'm considering doing 15-20 minutes of dryfire prior to leaving for the match to see if that helps any..
  6. Might as well pick up a $3 extractror spring so that you dont have to pay $8 shipping on a part that might weigh a gram when you eventually need it.
  7. I was there. I usually go to the back 40 when I shoot. I left about 3:30. Come shoot Sunday and I'll bring it but will shoot production because I'm having holster issues. Planning on being there, good Lord, baby and wife willing.
  8. I'm still struggling with this. Been taping my glasses and working on vision drills but my left eye keeps fighting my right for dominance. Congrats on your progress. Hopefully my brain figures it out one of these days.

I think I've found one locally.

    Cz75 stove pipes

Kills me that I'm about to be hit with a $8 shipping charge on a spring that measures about half an inch long.

Wasn't bad. Only has 7-800 through it since I had it refinished, but the stove pipes are a new development.

An extractor can be worn out even if not chipped. Ask me how I know...... I've got a spare. Will order a new extractor spring too just in case and report back. I see no visible defects with the one that is in there.

I'll check the extractor for any signs of chipping tonight.

    Cz75 stove pipes

Over the last 400 rounds or so, I've had a pair of stove pipes with my Pre B. One in the last match and 1 today in practice. I'm not sure what is causing it. Currently running a cgw red 12# recoil spring and the extractor is the original 1994 part. I'm thinking it's likely one of these two or the extractor spring that is probably also original to the gun. Anyone had a similar issue? Any thoughts on what else to check? Any guidance is appreciated.
  15. Just left bay 8 a while ago. I'd have loved to see it in person.
  16. At least they aren't $35 a pop like the 2011 basepads.
  17. James Andrews is probably the best in the world at knee's, elbow's and shoulder's... look at any all-star caliber athlete that blows a joint, and Andrews is the dude putting them back together. If he feels like it is a legit procedure with a relatively high probability of success, I'd be inclined to trust his opinion. Good luck on the recovery.
  18. My KJW hi capa shoots a couple inches high at 7 yards. I remedied this by going to .3 gram bb's instead of the .25's I was shooting. The drawback is that the bb's I bought don't feed as well as the .25's.. i think it's just the brand of bb's I bought as they aren't near as polished as the ones I had been using previously. If it shot low, I'd consider shaving down the front sight.
  19. I'll have to give them a try although I have no complaints about the rubber grips.
  20. Seems to me, from reading, that it works most of the time, but not all of the time.
  21. What do they compare to on the thickness front? New to me as well.
  22. Roger that. Some books I've bought in ebook and wished I'd have bought the hard copy versions (BEnos's book, for one) or vice versa. I'm already logging everything in a moleskine notebook and a 3 ring binder, but you guys do have me wanting to read the book. I can probably get work to buy it for me since it is about goal setting, planning and accountability.
  23. Atlas's thread and http://www.olegnikitin.com/news/complete-disassembly-assembly-of-cz-75-sp-01-shadoware the two best resources I've found on the subject.
