  1. Yup, I bet you won’t have that issue with the gg gp. I don’t. The thumb sits right above the pivot.
  2. Well, my GX Vise holster showed up today and it is gorgeous and functional. OP - if you can wait, you should get one of these. Use something cheap while waiting Concerning the goguns *thumb rest [generic]*, no problem. There is a huge room on the inner side of the holster and the pedal goes in there comfortably.
  3. I did All is good to go. I am looking forward to receiving the holster. Thanks
  4. RHT - cracked (another shooter had the same problem) ordered a vice holster from GX but haven’t received it yet in eight weeks (no reply to my multiple emails) Got one from Blade Tech - nice. Works with the *thumb rest [generic]* comp- tac seems to be popular and looks very nice
  5. Are you going to use it in CO or something else?
  6. I’ve also found a few rounds placed in the plastic tray upside down.
  7. Yes I have but only happened a few times upon “Make Ready”. When I released the slide, a round got stuck between the slide and chamber. Never had the issue while shooting and with Fed 124 Syntech.
  8. This thread was started about the TXG grip module in Small. Not the regular grip module.
  9. VC3. It never hardens but holds fasteners extremely well. I use it at work for critical connections.
  10. The small size of Legion Grip is still out of stock. I emailed Sig asking for ETA. No Reply.
  11. My Legion does that and I have reported that in a different thread some months ago. On the other hand, my X Five does not. The movement moves with the Legion slide. I mean, when I move the Legion slide onto the lower of my X Five, the Legion slide moves up and down on it. Solution? Never shoot with the mag empty.
  12. No front sight so we have to buy a back up in case that the RDS goes kaput does the CO div allow the mag well now? Sorry, I’ve been under a rock as I’m out of ammo
  13. I’ve had FTGTB when I used a 12lb recoil spring. Other than that, 0 issue. Awesome.
  14. Gogun web site states this risk and recommends min 14 lbs.
  15. On striker fired guns, when a gun is cocked, the striker spring is engaged with the lower via the sear and pushes the slide backwards while the recoil spring is fighting back. So, for instance, when we reduce the recoil spring rate, this balance of spring force changes and the slide may not go back into battery easily. This is my understanding and I could be wrong.
  16. A 10 pound recoil spring? Does the slide go back to battery with it? When I tested a 12 recoil spring, I had the slide out of battery often,
  17. Interesting. Can we use those fancy looking pro cut slides in USPSA? I want to buy a 4.7” full size slide kit and use it with my Legion grip module. The pro cut slide might be lighter than the standard (?)
  18. I finally got it delivered ( a local usps office kept it for ten days!) and just opened the box. 3.8oz without the steel weight in it. the difference is significant. The grip looks very small but it feels great in my small hands. When I hold it with both hands, the gap between the thumb size of the hands is gone.
  19. Yeah I ordered a small grip just to check it’s size and fit in my hand prior to spending a lot on a legion version hopefully in a not too distant future.
  20. In my case, it did, so it is sitting around for a future sale.
  21. Well, I used to use 147 bullets (ACME coated) and was happy with them. Read a lot of posts saying that 124/125 bullets are more accurate through the X-fives so I had to test 124 bullets. Sure, a bit more accurate and my splits seemed unchanged. So, last fall, I switched. Today, I found some leftovers with the 147, went to my club for some practice and curiously shot 124s and 147s back to back. My finding today was the red dot returned more quietly with the 147 and I liked that. I did not notice this difference when I tested the 124 last year but it kind of makes sense. I will get some 147 bullets and test them for accuracy. If good enough, I will switch back.
  22. I just sold my Keres trigger to the OP. I had it on my standard x-five with the GG sleeve on. It worked but you don’t need the sleeve. It’s a great trigger but I like a curved trigger since I have a small hand with a short index finger. I’ve switched to the adjustable GG curved trigger. Just make certain that you won’t over adjust the pre travel to keep the striker safety intact. enjoy the trigger!
  23. I’ve been swapping the top and bottom between my standard X5 and Legion with no issue.
