How does the gun behave with the 12lb spring? Does it affect cycling, split time, etc.? Thanks

    Romeo 1 Pro

WOW! The DPP 2.5MOA is damn bright. I am now interested in the Pro 3MOA.

If you reduced the over-travel too much, the sear would not go down enough to release the striker. You want to have some pre-travel in front of the reset point so that the trigger mechanism works as designed and the amount is personal preference in my opinion.

I shot with the Keres tigger (and the GG comp kit) at a local match today and liked it. I am leaving the pre-travel longer than that for now, compatible to that of the GG kit. Will reduce it bit by bit to find what I like. Also, used the GoGun thumb rest. Not sure if it is doing anything good but it did not do any bad either. Need more practice.
  5. I was gonna ask about this. I have not received mine yet. Oh well.

I just installed their adjustable version. Although I am not a big fan of flat triggers on this type of gun platform, I LOVE this one. I have it with the gut of the GG comp kit.
  7. I emailed the CS about the LCI and carbon debris on the lens, and politely asked if they would exchange the barrel. They replied asking for evidences. I emailed the photos that I had posted here. It did not go as smoothly. lol
  8. I emailed their CS about it and they replied with the promotion code, saying it has been available since the day I requested online. Really?? Now I need to decide how I want to use it.

I used a marker inside my RHT holster to see contact points and used a Dremel to remove the material bit by bit. It took sometime but my gun fits nicely in it now. When I draw the gun, the thumb rest comes in contact with the edge of the hanger section of the holster so I may hit that section with the Dremel. Not sure how effective the thumb rest is though. I need more practice.
  10. My Legion barrel is very sloppy/ loose in the Legion slide, compared to my regular x-five, which is very tight fit. Have you guys noticed any change to the fit before and after the barrel exchange? Thanks
  11. Just got one and shot ~300 rounds with it. I did not see any difference in my split whatsoever. Maybe I am not using it correctly. I read their FAQ section and am lost. Can anyone tell me how the opposable grip thing works and how I am supposed to use it? That said, it is kinda nice to have a positive indexing position for my thumb. It did not work well with my RHT holster. I had to heat it up and grind one section quite a lot. The TR still drags in the holster.
  12. Nice! By the way, how did you guys challenge SIG to get the replacement agreed?? Just told them the problem with the gas hitting the lens through the LCI?
  13. You may want to consider the Keres Dynamics trigger as well. One guy let me try the adjustable Keres trigger on his X-Five and I ordered one right away. It is adjustable for both Pre and Over travel. It was like the Apex trigger that I had on my PPQ Q5.
  14. You mean you moved the barrel from the regular X-Five to Legion's slide? I thought that the barrels are not interchangeable. I will check that out.
  15. I finally shot the Legion UPPER today and confirmed that the LCI notch does leave a stripe of debris on the lens. The difference is significant. After 100 rounds of factory ammo (Blazer Brass). Hope you can see the stripe right above the notch. I applied a piece of tape to the lens to show how much debris there was on the lens. I would remove what is on the lens with a piece of tape after each stage but it will be primarily a back up.
  16. I am not using the Legion slide combo yet but even the Romeo 1 on my GEN 1 slide combo get dirty with carbon dusts and some oil spill after some stages. I just use a target paster to remove them from the glass. Works pretty well.

I wonder what the purpose of that change. I now kinda feel stupid that I bought the Legion.
  18. I have noticed that too. It is a lot more difficult to put the guide rod back in due to the length.
  19. Can you guys tell me how to submit the rebate online? thanks

Yes. When I got my Legion, I measured both and they were very similar in weight, so I chose to keep the Legion factory GR in as it is kind of a pain in the neck to turn the take down level with the GG fat GR. in Sorry, I did not write down the numbers...
