Grip safety only on 1911/2011 is asking for trouble. I only stops rear trigger movement and nothing for sear movement. I believe the USPSA rules say primary safety or something to that effect. Grip safety on these is definitely a secondary safety not stand alone.

I read the same article. Was confused as well. I have had trouble with my 16" barrel 9mm picking up all of the shots.

This has been my biggest struggle with PCC. I seem to drop at least 1 mag every match during a reload.

I am running a Black Rain in my CCMG Lower 9mm PCC. I wanted to try a Geiselle 3G trigger but it would not reset propely b/c of the sear perhaps, anyways it wouldn't work with the CMMG bolt.

Really liking the T1 on my 9mm AR for PCC.

I use the Colt Mags in mine, Glock mags insert at a weird angle and can over insert from what I have read.

i use the DAA Race Master Pouches with my Colt SMG Mags works for them and my 2011 mags too.

12.5lb ISMI seems to work well in mine.

I have the silver ones and they look like they are clear anodized. I would not think they would leave them unfinished since they would not have any hard coat on them to stop them from getting easily dinged.

Chase I too am from Columbia. Green Valley Shoots the first Tuesday of the Month is Practice Match and the regular match is the 4th Saturday. We shoot somewhere every weekend. 1st Sunday is COPS in Rolla (2 hrs. worth the drive though), 2nd Saturday you have your choice of Jeff City or Wright City STL Benchrest., 3rd Saturday is Higginsville and 4th is Green Valley. Anyone else seeing this? I got a bunch of range brass and it has Winchester Larger Primer brass that I swear is crimped primer pockets. It is driving me crazy. First it was small primer now this? I wish they would stick to one thing here.

I Love EGW parts nothing but the best luck with them so far. I do like the Ed Brown Grip Saftey and the new EGW Ambi thumb safety is sweet just get the right pin length.

Definitely was going to want to size in station 2 and I only have a WFT to use so no going with a press mounted trimmer.

What about the RCBS Lube dies? I have one I have not used yet but seems like it will keep the case feeder cleaner that way.

I have bought one of these but I have not used it yet. I hate processing 5.56 brass but I will post results once I do.

That load of 7 gr Autocomp seems right. It has to be the chamber of the barrel has short freebore causing a pressure spike. think 223 chamber vs. 5.56 chamber.

I agree on the EGW Ti strut and Cap. Warning Ti is a hard metal and requires a little more work to fit but once done should last forever.

That was ninja fast but might get the RO's blood pressure up if you did that in a match.

If you want you can get a 25lb magnet from the hardware store and add some double sided tape on the back to stop it from spinning and use the 771's tension screw to hold it on the front of it. works well for my wife. I like the DAA on the front of the pouch as well.

Keep in mind your tube to hold 10 rounds will be the length of a 26" barrel. So why not get a 26" M3000 or the beretta with the 24". I think that would be good choices.

At Single Stack Nationals they specifically said if you pull a mag from a front pocket after the buzzer you will be in open. I guess someone grabbed their barney mag from a front pocket during a stage for a reload and got bumped and was not happy with the call.

STI Eagle in 9mm would be a great choice for what you are describing. Lots of people shoot our local USPSA match that are not USPSA members strictly to practice for 3 gun. They do really well but their main focus is 3 gun. More power to them for getting extra practice.
