.22 rimfire is not a defensive gun. It undermines the core principles of IDPA. Leave it for the steel challenge.

Didn't order it. Found one in stock in Miami. Drove two hours and picked it up.

what he said -
only big difference I noticed was pull the trigger instead of hammer down

magpul bus seems to be the consensus

From what I saw, I would shoot them closer to farther. Meaning closer targets from first box, reload while moving to second box then far targets. I shoot production so I think in groups of 8-10 rounds.

I carry a Glock 30 for my CCW. I like it, it's small powerful and easy to carry

Weapon Abandonment DQ

That really sucks!! -
Last Year at a match, my daughter wanted to tag along. I left the cooler in the car and she wanted to hold the keys. I specifically remember telling her don't lock the keys in the car....Guess what she did. I called triple A and went on shooting the match.

I'm keeping the turret press. Its the loadmaster I'm getting rid of. It was trouble from day one. I never got the priming system to work right. Out of 10 rounds I would have 3 missing primers, 1 upside down and 2 in sideways. It was costing me a fortune in primers. I sent it to Lee again for repairs. It will be here Monday! Then it goes on sale. I'm still getting used to the 650, but what a difference. Dillon rocks!

I just picked up my XL650 today from a company in Miami called Pantera Guns. He has several presses and most of the other Dillon necessities. I got the: XL650 press in 9mm, powder check sensor, Case Feeder, Roller Handle, strong mount and pick up tubes. It was worth the 2 hour drive to finally have the xl650 in my possession. Shawn is who I dealt with. the contact info is Pantera guns 305-629-9980 or panteraguns.com

17/34 for competition and the 19 to carry. Why? Better sight radius

+1 on the blade tech. Use one on my G34.

Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material [1] from a workpiece advancing (or feeding) in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. [2][3] It covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. It is one of the most commonly used processes in industry and machine shops today for machining parts to precise sizes and shapes. Internal mods refer to internal components such as springs, rods, etc..

Need recipe for Clays UNIVERSAL and 230gr Nosler HP 45acp
stick replied to glockdude1's topic in 44/45 Caliber
What does your reloading book tell you? I'm not trying to be a jerk, but you should have an idea of min/max for powder and bullet combo. Don't rely on others for their recipes, they won't be there when you blow up your gun. -
The max OAL for 9mm is 1.169. I think your OAL is too long. Look at your reloading book and adjust the OAL. Here's a snapshot from Hodgdon (I'm too lazy to get my reloading book). , Bullet Weight (Gr.) Manufacturer Powder Bullet Diam. C.O.L. Grs. Vel. (ft/s) Pressure Grs. Vel. (ft/s) Pressure 115 GR. Lee Loadmaster tricks and tips
stick replied to Resjudicata's topic in non-Dillon Reloading Equipment
Let me start off by saying I've loaded on a Turret press for years, I got tired of 4 pulls to make one bullet (took forever).Im getting BLUE (pardon the pun) Just sent my loadmaster back to LEE. Had it since December and it still wont prime right. out of 10 cases, 3 are good, 3 are missing primers, 2 are upside down and 2 are sideways. I've been on the phone with Lee more times than I can count. I've been to the loadmaster site and the damn thing still wont work right. I'm just tired of wasting components that are very hard to come by these days. I have an order in for an XL650 which I will use my Lee dies in. I will also keep my turret press, but that loadmaster has got to go. -
Just had a IDPA match Sunday run flawlessly with practiscore using both Android and Apple iOS. Ensure both devices are up to date. We synced all devices to one master unit after the match. We had 71 shooters and 7 squads. Syncing was easy since we had wireless at our club.
