I have seen this ruin a match for people. I don't like doing it

Get a mask that is comfortable and seals well to your face. A good snorkel with a purge valve and wave deflector is the way to go. Fins should be good fitting so they don't cause foot cramps. Good gear is worth it. Go to a dive shop before you go.

I am on the range staff and will be shooting on thursday. Randy I dont know what stage yet but I wiil put a sign up.

Wouldn't what you describe as "wanting" be a better focus on the task at hand. I know that when I dry fire some times I feel like doing it and some times I don't but I do it anyway. On the days that I realy want to do it I also practice thinking and seeing more. On the other days its more of just going through the motions.

I just watched myself mess up 100 reloads. The video lets you see what you are really doing compared to waht you think you are doing.

I took Todds class and he sure does make a big deal out of the time spent stepping backwards to go forward. He also leaves and enters every box with his right foot. I am sure I step back before I take off because he mentioned it several times.

Jake why dont you just step out with your strong foot instead of stepping backwards to go forwards?
