Hey which is better for feeding issues JHP or round nose. I have been using a lead T/C and am now switching over to jacketed. I have been having feeding problems with my big stick and jhp's is it just me ?

Yep they are the same. Mine came from EGW in a lee box.

I keep hearing I should use a slow powder. Then I hear use 7625 Max loves it. Why does it work well its is on the fast end of the charts? Thanks

How close will any of this 9mm data be in a super?

I just tried HS7 10.5 and made a 155 power factor with a 115. I guess I will work it up a bit. How did you like the hs6. Is it much faster then the 7? Do I hear people not thinking the 115 is good?

I have a Caspian 38 super. Benny Hill just lightened up the slide put two holes in the barrel and put a new comp on with some big holes compared to my old one. He suggested 10.5 of HS7 and a 115 jhp. He said it should make the comp and ports work real well. I am just looking at what other people are using. This does not seem to be popular. I want the gun to shoot flat and have the dot stay predictable. I will be trying the HS7 out tomorrow. Thanks

I would still like to be able to see if the powders I want to use are a lot alike or not.

I have been using Silhouette with a 147 lead bullet. It shoots nice in my outdated comp. Silhouette is about the same as WAP iused that data for a starting point.

The difference between bore and the dot in a C-More or any other sight and bore is called the "offset."

Max swears by 7625 that is faster then what I use by two places is that a big difference?

I understand that I would not want to use just the burn rate to decide on a load. I was told to try a slower powder. I have been using WAP. Once I started looking at what every one else is using and compared it to WAP on the chart they are six or seven places away. I was wondering what the actual difference is.

I am looking at all of the different powders on the market to select a new load. I know there is lots of information about fast and slow propellents. I have looked at a burn rate chart where powders are listed fast to slow. Is there a chart that shows how much the difference actually is between them?

I have a Limcat holster that lets my round triggerguard Caspian fall out. No matter how many times I try to adjust it it wiggles around and is very hard to get locked in. I used a friends CR after almost have loaded gun fall out. It worked very well. If you want a deal on a limcat let me know.

I have been shooting a c more for quite a while. The amont of time I spend shooting lately has decreased. I now find myself looking for the dot on the first shot and after movement. I can dry fire at home every night without problems. When I get to the range its the same old thing who moved the dot. I think there is a lot of reasons for not finding the dot in a C More. The bigest one is the lack of visual reference. I can find open sights quicker then I can find the dot lately.

Tricky tricky tricky. The changes you made make sense what would they do to a super mag round count wise. EGW dosn't list caspian mag parts any more.

Alan yes he did have some .40 mags. On of the GMPS members left his s-i at home to shoot a caspian titanium framed gun. I think he used those new mags. The redesign is supposed to add rounds to the mag.

I spoke with George at the 2004 AWARE. He told me that EAA mags can be made to fit Caspian guns. He also said they are gearing up for the production of .40mags.

I have been using the same caspian mags for 10 years without doing anything other then replacing the springs. My mags work perfectly every time. I didn't know there was a problem with the mags.

TT mentions the EAA mod he thought it was something to do with the mag catch.

Travis what about EAA mags working in a caspian??
