  1. I have run Federal 180gr and it will make major on a bad day.
  2. That is not true. The Case Pro 100 will roll size the case all the way to the bottom and recondition the rim.
  3. They dropped the last 1911 in January this year. Sad.
  4. That looks like my Ready Tactical.
  5. Or just make then out of coreplast.
  6. I can agree with part of what Rowdy has said. I carried a BHP, and I shoot IPSC, USPSA and IDPA but my love for wheelies came when I started shooting PPC 35 years ago. I love shooting ICORE but there are only 2 clubs in the area, one is 11/2 hrs away, and the other is 3 hrs away. For a lot of people it's money, or lack thereof. Can afford the gun but not the equipment or ammo in quantity. Maybe can't take time away from family.
  7. I'm running a second Lyman 2500 after my 1200 croaked after 30+ years.

I'm not sure about that Rowdy. Look at this. 9. Take your cardboard targets and spray them with a diluted water based waterproofing, like Behr. Get the cheapest. Spray both sides and try to get the edges too. When using IDPA/USPSA targets, run bamboo skewers down the heads.
  10. My load is Frontier 147gr 3.9gr/Unique OAL = 1.116" PF 137000 This is a soft shooting load that doesn't beat my Wife's arthritic hands or my friend's wife wrist.
  11. It is in competition. Go under and you are DQ'd or at best, shooting for fun.
  12. Why bother to make the PF change for production? Why not just stick with 135 then there won't be a problem that is possible with two different ammo's.
  13. Hard to drop the slide from slide lock. May short stroke and not eject the spent case. I have experience both of these.
  14. A lot of money when an Uplula will do the job, just not as fast.
  15. You could get Joe Dlask, Roger Katanko or Jason Spencer fit a barrel for you correctly. All in Canada.
  16. I used the Wilson's and they were toast after about 150 rounds. Never again.
  17. I run 137 with Xtreme Plated. (9mm) Works in 2 Glocks, 2 SIG's and an STI Ranger II
  18. You can get those at Walmart in the kids section. I use 4 sets of them.
  19. I bob the hammer, so that there is no SA shooting. I have trigger stops in all of my revolvers.
  20. Hang on to it. Great gun and way better than some of the new ones.
  21. I would say illegal for SSP, due to the external mod.
  22. Sevigny sights are made by Scott Warren.
  23. I run smoke grey lenses have see the green front sight just fine. I also use red rear sight.
