  1. nope just the division winners. overall will become a thing of the past. Ive shot alot of formats 3GN, USPSA,IDPA,NRA bullseye ,USPSAMG ect and UML is by far the best format I've seen. The rules have been taken from many other rule sets out there and combined and simplified. Scoring being the biggest improvement simple time plus, courses of fire are universal and aren't seen as favoring or hindering one division over another. Its also the fastest match format around, 90+ shooters 5 stages in 4 hours. id shoot local uspsa matches if they could figure that out.
  2. My versa is doing the exact same thing. I'm tempted to borrow an entire trigger group from a buddy to see if it the gas system or trigger group
  3. currently none of the products available have been reliable enough with my rifle. a ftf or double feed costs way more time than reloading and the factory mags run 100% so far. I added dawson base pads to the factory 31rnd mags and get 35 with new springs and 36 with one that has set. 36+1 is plenty for now.
  4. about the same as reloading an ar15 or and open gun. usually plenty of time to do it somewhere
  5. it is a Tresna defense, has a feed ramp on it. all factory mags of any length run 100% i am also having issues with TF extension. but in a different way
  6. I have both tf and tacom neither are reliable. Beyond the stock mag capacity. The additional rounds stand straight up in gun. All glock factory mags run great in the same gun. The extended ones I have are useless.
  7. dvc open in 9mm was doing this, it was completely random. all rounds had been chamber checked prior to the match. I put a fresh 9mm recoil spring in it and so far so good.
  8. I switch to a cheely vertical offset mount and a go gun thumb rest. don't like the fact that the thumb rest blocks the takedown pin. had to long bolt the thumb rest with only 2 bolts so i can pivot it outa the way when it comes time to strip the down for a cleaning.
  9. What lube are they suggesting?
  10. Mine look just like a trubor

  12. Sti murauder has run flawlessly since day one. The STI DVC open in 9mm I picked up last week needed a little ejector tuning since then it will run reman 115gr ammo and 124gr major 9

    OPEN GLOCKS

I've ordered one should be here Tuesday. Bobby says it does not require any modifications
  14. You'll need a 9mm ejector and extractor. Otherwise you'll have problems. I run a 12 in my 35/9
  15. Was good for 88.31% according to uspsa
  16. Shot this yesterday at a club match Limited "A" class 40pts 4.55sec 8.791HF
  17. I don't but have a friend that does, he has a huge chunk of flesh between his first digit and thumb
  18. a press mounted puller will last FOREVER but the bullets that it pulls tend (more often than not) to be non-reusable. I have used a Frankford hammer for a long time, I have reloaded 10's of thousands. Early last summer I had a pressure problem developed. turned out the lube from the bullets built up in the seater and caused the OAL to change. I didn't catch it until I had 1000 or more loaded, pulled them all down with the Frankford.
  19. I bought one and my hands don't even touch it, It does help with sloppy reloads, but does nothing for my grip. I don't know if others are larger but I am going to try a slug. If I don't like it I will mill it off and leave it in there for the weight.
  20. I bought one for my 35 fitting it was tough, it chewed the shit out of my thumb knuckle so I took it off. I am going to smooth the ribs out and see if it feels better. I don't think it added or detracted from the gun either way. I don't have alot of meat in the web between my thumb and index. I can't take a high enough grip to get cut without placing the web over the back of the grip then it gets sawed on pretty good. I have a friend that is LEO that has jp beavertails on all of his duty guns G22's & G27. he just bought a g4 35 and can't shoot it (comfortably) until they make a grip force for the G4. he wants to shoot production with the 35 and having jp put the beavertail on eliminates that option.
  21. Anyone played with one of these? centerfire systems
  22. My ruger 22/45 w/ Volquartsen trigger in it eats everything I feed it, when the diesel dry's it starts to get honkie
  23. Mine dbl's for bullseye shooting a 50yd zero is needed there and i don't have to adjust as it shoots 2in groups @ 50 off a bag
  24. Ruger MkII 22/45 with custom Houge officer's model grips w/ ultra dot 4moa sight run SnH in 2.97 secs this weekend not bad for my 3rd time ever
