  1. The first question that comes to mind is: Are you calling your shots?
  2. I totally agree. I have ordered from them several times and have gotten nothing but the best service. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.
  3. Trying to get in the zone is against everything that being in the zone means.
  4. I saw that the other day. Good movie.
  5. I'd just like to point out that it is NOT always faster to shoot on the move. Sometimes it is....but a lot of the time I can shoot faster with better hits while stationary...I will also cover the ground a heck of a lot faster when I am not shooting. It definetely takes a fairly experienced shooter to know when it is most advantageous to shoot on the move and when not to.
  6. I'm still laughing!!! And yes....paybacks are a beotch.
  7. Eric, What exactly do you recommend they do? Chances are the stores are going to be unattended or in dire straits themselves. No store owner in his right mind would be at the store instead of protecting his family. Do you leave money so it can be taken by the scumbags that are looting for profit? Everything can be taken care of after the crisis is over. During the crisis, I am not going to worry about having enough money on me...I am going to be protecting my family by any means necessary.
  8. Looting for survival = absolutely. Looting anything else = shot on sight.
  9. As does Sevigny... I've heard great thing about them.
  10. Never go to a smaller diameter bullet if you've fired bigger diameter through the same barrel.
  11. Any idea what happened to Chris? He was right up there for awhile then fell way back after one day.
  12. Flyin40, Not a bad idea with the dry fire stages in the house....If I may make one suggestion. Instead of running it after the 5 minutes....take your 5 minutes, burn it in, and then go do something else for a half hour....then come back and run it.
  13. This was a great match! I was a bit skeptical about it during the 600 mile () drive down, but I can now say with certaintly this is one of the best matches I've shot. I've never shot stages before with so much running! A HUGE thank you goes out to Sam who saved me and my bud from sleeping in the car each night. Had a great time talking with everyone and met a lot of new people. I will definetly be making the drive again next year.
  14. My first problem.... Vince stated there was no modifications....which means even though there is a "minor detailing" clause, it does not apply. I'm sorry, but whomever accuses Julie of screwing with Tyc's concentration by asking to take a picture of his gun is flat out of their mind. If that boy (which is all he is from how he reacted to Dave in the shootoff) couldn't handle something as small as that, he would not even be anywhere close to the top. Obviously there was an ulterior motive to his non-compliance. Call me cynical, but (hypothetically speaking of course) IF I was using a gun that I knew was illegal and IF I was first cleared by a member of the factory who sponsors me and IF I was then asked to PRESENT my gun to an arb committee, one would assume (being cynical of course) that I would not PRESENT an illegal gun to them.
  15. No big deal. I clean the bottom end real good every time before a big match...brake cleaner hasn't hurt anything.
  16. Assuming you were actually able to get your scores from the stage...
  17. Hey thanks Lynn, I appreciate it. I think I'll be able to work something out though. Looks like I'll be seeing youse guys this weekend.
  18. Change of plans....potentially all in. Need some official from the match to get ahold of me ASAP.
