  1. I am having an issue with priming, the primer bar comes back, primer #1 falls into the cup, primer #2 sits on top of primer #1 or flips off into oblivion when the primer bar moves forward. I made it through enough rounds for this weekend today by removing primer #2 before letting the primer bar all the way forward....that makes for a long, slow process. Any ideas?
  2. I'm sending back the purple springs. Out of 70 springs 5 were bent and causing follower stick. The black ones are supposed to fix the problem.
  3. What color springs are you having the trouble with? Black is the latest. Did you find'em? We do have them in stock but the first time I looked they didn't show up, I just checked again and they were there. I hope our new website fixes this crap. yep, they are there now, i will ordering 7 very soon.
  4. I have been using a G-35 for a few years. But at work we switched to M&P's. I'd like to swap to an M&P Pro. Will my CR Speed G model work?

  6. Ever tried Para's customer service? We issued the LDA for the last few years. (mid sized western Sheriff's Office) Mine was the first to break. Draw bar. Took a month to get it back....after I paid to ship it to them. The next two to break were in Para hands for 4 months. Many calls...lots of excuses. The last two that broke were at Para for over 6 months. Every call....that they answered....many went to voicemail...was another reason they could not fix the guns. In 4 years we broke 8 guns(30% or so of our Para's) and had horrendous service. Screw that. We switched to M&P's.
  7. Savage rifle will out shoot most riflemen. Good to see your issues worked out. Lots of info on the net to make your trigger even better.
  8. I have one. I use it mostly against other live targets. Works well and shoots minute of badguy. Stings a bit, but negative reinforcement is a good thing in my line of work. I did use it in my yard before a 3gun match. Mostly on USPSA targets and on foot long pieces of 2x4's. Good training I believe.
  9. Works great and doesn't break the bank.
  10. Cardiac Arrest. The limo he was in drove past a store with a sign that said "Little Boys Pants 1/2 Off!". MJ died trying to get out of the limo........
  11. I think that the walk through, for me, is the most important part of PSR.....especially the crux of each stage. I walk through it and visualize every step and get the plan right. Then on the "Are you ready?" I let my mind go quiet. It's hard to describe exactly, but I almost picture a wave erasing footprints in the sand and all is quiet. I'm in a bubble. I have improved my consistency quite a bit with this routine. Now if I can just get this to work on the golf course.

Looks like I will be spending a few sleepless nights this coming November........Ever notice how you sit down to play for an hour or so and end up wondering where the night went?
  13. All three are incredibly "mental" sports. I think that's what keeps me with IPSC and Golf. My last marathon(considerably slower than the OP) was at the end of Ironman....and kinda burned me on running. My favorite day is a match in the morning and 18 holes in the afternoon. Golf is like shooting with beer and cigars added.....
  14. My video is up. Missed a couple of stages when the wind was too bad.
  15. Cool stages, RO's and staff rocked, wasn't raining(save the mud balls that fell on Saturday) or cold as heck, Squad 5 had a ton of laughs...and took home some wood, extra sand and dust in my gun lapped in my new barrel so its like buttah, nice prize table, and generous sponsors. Top notch. See ya'll again next year!!!!!!!!!
  16. Did you get extra points for that ninja move with the shank? And I still think the little guys should have carried that rock......
  17. $1.89 a tub high temp bearing grease. One tub will last you practically forever and it works like a charm. Striker channel dry as a bone.
  18. You won the other four!!! Don't get greedy..... (nice shooting by the way) Pts Pen Time HF 88 20 27.73 2.4522C Comes out as 46%. Sucks but its showed improvement over the last time......
  19. Time to go through the brass bucket I guess.
  20. 3 weeks ago, about 1/2 way through a match I was shooting along and heard a shot that was "different". The mag shot out, and my left hand stung pretty good. We found the case and it was blown out right where the stock G-35 barrel is unsupported. Kinda freaked me a bit. But the gun was ok and functioned just fine. I shot the rest of that match and another. Then yesterday, with a clean bore(my 6th shot of the match) that strange pop happened again. This time it KO's the extractor. (had to pirate one off of my G-23 carry gun to finish the match) I have quite a few rounds down range since I got the gun last October. Haven't had any problems up untill 3 weeks ago. Nothing has changed with the rounds I'm shooting. (200g on top of 3.8g Solo1000) I ordered a Storm Lake barrel. Do ya'll think that might stop the problem?
