Looks for Match

Looks for Match (2/11)

  1. I recently picked up the two tone FDE P10c and I think it looks great. In addition, I really like the following features of the P10c: The front and rear slide serrations are deep and angled and make getting a good grip on the slide easy. The factory night sights come blacked out on the rear sight and make for quick target acquisition. The aggressive stippling on the grip works great for me and isn’t uncomfortable. I shoot indoors exclusively and on these hot and humid days, I don’t lose my grip. Finally, like the fact the slide closes automatically when you firmly insert a loaded magazine.
  2. I had the same issue with my Shadow 2 and coughed up then $ for the CZ sight pusher and it was fast and easy to get me zeroed in.
  3. I have used the .40 Minor ammo from Atlanta Arms and it is very soft. Their .40 Major is "soft" for a major load, barely makes major. I would test the minor first before buying too much to make sure it feeds. Some Limited guns I've had like the longer, 1.18 OAL ammo, they sell much better. In any case, Atlanta Arms are great to deal with, quality products and service. If you ever have any issues, they will fix it.
  4. AAA is great, Danny is awesome to deal with. I have used their .355 major, 9mm 115gr TCJ, 9mm 147gr JHP, .40 minor/major/long. I have never had any problems with any of it. There's a reason they load for the AMU and Glock team as well as several top competitors.
  5. I'm having an 80's themed party for my wife since that's the music/movies/clothes etc. she and her friends remember and like best. I'm also getting her 4 tickets to the U2 concert that will be in my area in September so her and some friends can go and have a fun girls night out. Every other 40th I've been to recently always had some type of DJ or band because they all like to dance. Good Luck!
  6. The only problem is we keep losing to you guys!

  7. Yes, absolutely. If it's built right in the first place. Meaning send it to SJC in Georgia. Jim +1 get a G17 and have SJC turn it into an Open Gun!
  8. I have an Edge in .40 S&W also. You could have it hard chromed, have the grip stippled, grip safety pinned and slide stop filed so it doesn't lock back.
  9. I just replaced my heavy recoil master with a standard guide rod, spring and reverse plug. I like the feel of it much better.
  10. Thanks Harmon...Any opinion on bullets when shooting with a comp., like wgt or shape. JHP's are popular! Does it matter? Larry JHP's or TCJ (Total Copper Jacketed) so the comp doesn't get caked up with lead.
  11. I use CCI Minimags in both a Kimber .22 conversion and the STI .22 conversion I bought at Shooters Connection. They always work in both.
  12. Is that the Husky Steel Workbench from Home Depot? Is it sturdy? Do you have it bolted to the wall or is it freestanding. I want to start reloading and need a sturdy bench. Thanks.
  13. There seems to be something wrong with your avatar. :)

  14. I use the Tripp Research 10 round 9mm mags. They work great.
