Excellent match. Fun stages and awesome ROs. Great shooting with you Kyle, and congrats again on the well deserved win. Maybe you can let me use your rifle next time and I will let you use mine No, I wouldn't do that to anyone except maybe the Taliban. In spite of the often single shot status of my rifle and intermittent dot, the match was a lot of fun. I actually had good luck with the balls and cubes as the .22 seemed to take them down fine. I know that wasn't the case for many of the 5.56 shooters. I will be back next time and with a functioning rifle. Craig It was tough to watch your gun beat you up like that, but you never surrendered! You handled it like a champ. It sure was fun! Keep on keeping on Craig!

It was a fun match! However, I'll never look at traffic cones in the same light ever again... Thanks to all that made it happen, and to squad 3.

Seems like I heard/saw/read somewhere that Lou Ferigno was a shooter of some sort.

This was fun. Managed to actually pull out some decent shooting. This was my first time to DTR, but won't be my last! Thanks to all who made it happen.

Yup and do it really slowly from different angles so we could see what is happening. (I think you might see before us during the filming) Sounds like you may be holding them too flat, try pointing the shells toward the ceiling, and let gravity keep them back in your hand.

Gun clean. Ammo loaded and gauged. Tennis elbow medicated. Airplane in good shape. Just need to find my game around here, and I'll be ready! See you guys/girls maybe tomorrow, definitely Saturday!

I tried to break 2.50 on video (that was futile), but I managed some pretty decent runs. I put in a lot of crappy runs here also for entertainment purposes. Kinda looks sucky on those, but if your gonna beat your best you gotta hang it all out. And, usually crash some. Turn the camera off, and times go down like .15

I missed some steel, but only because I couldn't SEE the steel.

Flex, I spit coke on my keyboard when I read the Taran comment. That was funny.

In all seriousness, I spoke with a maker of handguards a while back, and asked about the introduction of some vent holes because of my heatsink. He responded, that during the test phase this was considered, and data was collected with and without holes, and with and without heatsink. His results showed a lower temp (think 20-30 degrees). with heatsink, and only 2-3 degrees lower with the vent holes. So the increased surface area made a larger difference than did airflow. He offered to send me the test data, and I declined, but I do believe him. As far as accuracy, I can attest that my ctr-02 shoots 1/3 moa in optimal conditions with heatsink, and handloads. I can't imagine it being more accurate without it. Hope this helps in more of a BE way
