EEH
I’ve been using his products ever since I started shooting and that’s been a long time, not often you can walk into a crowd of people and call someone’s name and almost everyone says I know him. He will be missed by a lot of people including ones that never met him . Rest In Peace .
ima45dv8
I didn't know him, but as most people know he was a brilliant innovator in this sport. I've been using various products he designed for decades. RIP, Chip.

RangerTrace
He was only 63. Had some heart attack symptoms, ignored them and went back to bed. Listen to your body folks......

Dranoel
Only met him once, at the 2nd Chance shoot, but I had spoken to him on the phone a few times. Damned if he didn't remember. He was a great man and a great guy. The world is poorer for his loss.

et45
Sorry to hear this. I have used his Shooting Star 8rd mags for 4 decades now.He was quite the innovator. His vision is the reason for the fact you can buy an off the shelf 1911 with features that at one time were only available if you took it to a gunsmith.
