  2. I’ve shot thousands of SRP through my Glocks, never had an issue. I do use the stock striker spring FWIW.

  8. Glad it’s back.I don’t post much anymore but I like knowing the forum is here if I need info
  9. I just finished Tales of a Texas Game Warden by Bennie Richards.Good book by itself but if you watch Lone Star Law and know him from there it’s even better.
  10. I remember the primer shortage of 94 or 95.Its been awhile
  11. Sorry to hear this. I have used his Shooting Star 8rd mags for 4 decades now.He was quite the innovator. His vision is the reason for the fact you can buy an off the shelf 1911 with features that at one time were only available if you took it to a gunsmith.
  12. Glock did make a few Gen 1 model 19s.They are apparently the Holy Grail for Glock collectors.
  13. I love the cinematography and locations. To me that is the best part of the show.Sadly they had to leave Utah for the 4th season that is filming now.Reports are most of the season will be confined to the ranch and on set.Utah wouldn’t extend the tax breaks for the film company. Gen 3 17

It felt heavier and less smooth than the 3.5/6lb combo. It did have a strong reset but I don’t ride the trigger. I also didn’t like the shape and texture of the trigger shoe.Different strokes for different folks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gen 3 17

I bought a police trade in Gen 3 several years ago.I experimented with several combos including an Overwatch Poly Dat trigger (which IMO sucked) and ended up with a 3.5 connector and 6 lb trigger spring being the best for me.Glock triggers seem to be a matter of personal preference more than any other pistol ,you just have to put in the work to see which setup you like. TF +6 basepads

Don’t know about recent ones but 10-15 years ago I ran well over 30K through a TF +6 and it never hiccuped once. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Yes it is but don’t be surprised if you prefer the 17 for IDPA distances. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gen 3 22 value ?

Probably a left over Gen 2 frame that got a later Gen 3 SN.There is a glut of Gen 3 police trade in 22s on the market now.I actually saw one in a pawn shop a few weeks ago marked down to $200, they had bought a bunch of them and were clearing the last ones out.The GT Distributors store where I live has them for $300-$350. 22. Yes you can.I do a visual check on each round I load
  23. I kind of have the same issue at my club about shooting steel targets. The only time they are allowed is at 3 Gun,IDPA,and Cowboy matches.Other than that it’s the best range in the state.6 pistol ranges with 180 degree berms and they are yours for the time you arrive till you leave,no sharing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I’ve owned 5-6 21s and 3 30s and none of them would work with 200gr SWC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
