gunner01
What is the best distance to sight in the primary optic on a PCC for USPSA? Edited February 3, 2019 by gunner01 Link to comment
Sigarmsp226
Gunner - For Steel Challenge I was told by several PPC professionals that they sight in at 15 yards so I voted this way...As for USPSA courses that are not Steel Challenge - I do not know but will follow this thread to learn....Mark Edited February 3, 2019 by Sigarmsp226 Link to comment
Xanatos903
I started with 10 yards because that's the distance that most targets are at for my local matches, then I bumped it out to 25 yards after shooting a major match and realizing it's harder to apply holdovers on long targets than on close ones. Bwillis
I shoot uml and uspsa, I zero 25 yards for both. As stated above it’s easy to have short holdovers than long holderovers. This is what I found for my holdovers with the equipment I use. Edited February 3, 2019 by Bwillis Link to comment

I zero at 25 yards, but what I found to work incredibly well is to fine tune my zero at 50 yards. The POA/POI at 25 and 50 are the same, but I see more resolution at 50 for fine tuning the zero. Afterward, I note impacts from three to 25 yards and record the height over bore offsets. MB Link to comment

I would have though the impacts would start lower and rise until about 20-25 yds. Edited February 3, 2019 by MoRivera Link to comment

Startingover
I do 99% of my shooting at our local indoor range. So it's at 12-15yrds Link to comment

dsim4181
I find a 25 yard zero is the most versatile for a variety of different matches. I also confirm zero at 50 for any fine tuning. Link to comment
MoRivera
I have mine zeroed at probably around 15-20 yards because nothing I've shot with the PCC so far has been any farther than that. Local IDPA. USPSA, steel or plates. I still have to remember to holdover a bit at close targets. What I'll probably do is make marks on my C-More by the elevation adjustment for between 10, 25, and 50 yards for zero so that I can adjust if needed. Aircooled6racer
Hello: I zero mine at 18 yards like my open pistol. Just know where it hits at 3-50 yards and you should be good. Thanks, Eric Link to comment
mveto
I have mine zeroed at 17 yards, pretty much dead on between 12-25 yards. Most of the matches I shoot never have shots over 25 yards, the shorter shots are just a simple hold over. Link to comment
Pewpewlife
For USPSA 25 yards. I'd rather aim point of impact at further targets and worry about hold overs on closer targets. Link to comment
