JohnStewart
It seems that the Tanfo Stock II Elite's in 9mm are out of stock everywhere in the US. I've heard from one major gunsmith that EAA hasn't imported any since May of this year. Does anyone know what's going on? Did Tanfoglio pause production of this model? Anyone have any insight into if/when they might be available again??
JordanGriffith
Call EAA and ask them. I had the same issue tracking down an Elite Limited. Took me 10 monthsSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
67rschev
Contact Denverdave on the forum here , he has a LNIB S2 in 9 that he is currently has on the block . I waited a few months for mine to come into inventory . I think Tanfo only sends guns over the ocean once or twice a year .
mach1soldier
I got one with less than 1k rounds through it.
SGC
I contacted eaa a few weeks ago asking when they'll import more. They said they haven't received any since August and have more on order but don't know when they'll get them. johnbu
Eaa (imho) isn't a stellar importer of guns. Maybe they want to keep prices high with low inventory? dunno. We're i looking today a PD prepped stock 1 would look pretty sweet.
DenverDave
Yes I have a LNIB Stock 2 with about 300 rounds through it. Was hoping to sell locally....but I am open minded.

MacLethal
Call Joe or JoAnna at Patriot Defense, have them keep an eye out for you unless maybe they have one in stock already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

MacLethal
It’s worth it to give them a call. They might actually take your info down and get you in line to get one.. Great people to deal with. Tell them Craig Worrell sent you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
robport
Also, try Jim Jones at J&L Gunsmithing. If anyone can find one, he (or his wife) can. EAA stuff is his specialty and he also has foreign contacts for them. (757) 567-5993.
IronArcher
For most USPSA duty, I’d think a Stock III would do most everything a Stock II does.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Endall
Is that the rail? I much prefer no rail.

I think more people choose the S2 for the hardchrome and the incredibly accurate cone-fit barrel, than are concerned about the balance or the rail. Those are the reasons I was tempted. I chose the 3 because I knew I was going to cerakote whatever I bought.
