atbarr
Hello people, we're thinking about moving from KY to the Phoenix area. Not in Phoenix, but in a town that has a population <100,000, and is <50 miles from a major airport. And of course a 55+ community to buy a home, with a HOA. Oh, one more thing, close to some fine USPSA shooting clubs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. crich775
Trilogy over in Peoria is <15 minutes from Ben Avery, the largest publicly owned range in the nation, with Phoenix Rod and Gun 45 Minutes away, and Rio Salado at 1.5 hours.

Steve RA
Wish I could find a house in this area for that price and all the goodies. Click in Post #2 and look at the 500 Hartford house in Chandler. The taxes here are also about 5 times higher for the same price house !!!
Zoomy
Rio Verde is nice. It's 8 miles north of Fountain hills and surrounded by McDowell park and the Tomto national forest. Less than an hour from Rio Salado, Phoenix Rod and Gun Club and Ben Avery.

Wyokid
Don't let them scare you away! We have 2-3 month of hot weather but 9-10 months of great weather! I've never regretted moving to PHOENIX - moved here in 1991 and never looked back! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
