us820
I try to walk around 1/2 hour-15 minutes before I'm on the line to "wake up" my body.Interested in what others do.
motosapiens
I dryfire for a few minutes, mostly focusing on accuracy rather than speed. working on grip and trigger pull. If it's cold out, i go for a jog until i'm warmed up and get the blood flowing to my hands. At local matches, setting up the stages usually wakes my body up sufficiently. gng4life
Final setup in the morning of the local match does it for me, in fact, I'm very warm after that . Before any match, try to look over my equipment first and function check everything. This turns into some dryfire and manipulation drills.
Corey
Morning setup if its my local match gets me warm enough. Ill stretch my legs out a bit before my first stage but that's about it.

BSeevers
Multi reps with coffee cup on the way, then quick reps before run with Red bull. I think there is validity in a pre match warm up but don't wanna get worn out before the match
Mgreen50
stretch and short burst running
CaptainOverkill
A few draws in the safe area when I put my gun on and some stretching is about it for me.
Kevin G.
CaptainOverkill isn't really living up to his username... I stretch upper and lower body concentrating on shoulders/upper back and calves/hamstrings because that is what tends to cramp up for me.
GunBugBit
Short dry fire session at home before leaving for a match, more dry fire in the gun handling area just before the match. Some dry fire between stages. Light lower body and core stretching can be done whenever there are a few free moments.

Hwansik touched on this in his range diary. Not something that I typically do but combined with some dryfire the morning of I could see this helping stage 1 jitters a lot. Knguyen1904
I like to do simple stretches like you would in a high school gym class and do a few dryfire draws and transitions in the safe area
L3324temp
Helping setup for 45-60min more than warms me up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CTJer
Yeah, I help with set up at my 3 local clubs, so that warms me up. I do stretch a little before that first stage. I’m a gym rat, so I’m usually pretty stiff from the previous days workout.
