The guy I was buying it from asked about ordering a 929 and he said, I've got one here. It just came in as a transfer. Some lucky bastard has an in with S&W. But it will likely be a year before I can find a 929... and even then it will have the wrong barrel (the right ones are being used on the wretched 7-shot guns!!!)
