Limited or L10 Glocks

Just ordered my Limited G35 from Bobby Carver. Should have my delivery by the end of the month, as soon as I get some build pics, I'll post them up. Ive requested Bobby to throw on some coffin cuts, some grip work, and asked for a custom two color paint job.

In the mean time, lets see yours. Very interested to see your Lim/Lim 10 guns and their descriptions.

How reliable are the mags. I am thinking of getting some mag extensions for my Glock 20. Also curious as to why you went with the 10mm. Do youahve big hands?

My guess is so he can run long loaded 40 being the biggest reason since he has a 40 conversion barrel in it and its reamed for 1.120" oal

Nice guns!

@MEAT- did you send it off to Glockworx, or did you just order the parts and DIY?

Glockworx did the grip work. There was a 2 week turnaround, and that was only due to them moving to a new shop. Their turnaround is usually about a week.

The mags have been 100% reliable so far, but I'll probably do some beveling on the inside/bottom edge of the mag tubes anyway.

I went with the G20SF for a few reasons:

1. My hands aren't huge, but I still prefer the feel/handling of the Large Frame grip.

2. The wider grip helps distribute recoil even better than the G35 frame

3. The extra slide mass also makes it a soft shooter, but I'll probably end up having a few oz. trimmed off

4. I can run long loaded 40 (1.20") with powders like WST

5. It seems to be much easier to get reliable 20rd mags

6. With Sevigny's, the sight radius is almost identical to a 5" 2011

You gun does look nice and I want to do that to my 20 with the SF frame. I have a Wolf .40sw barrel on order but they keep pushing the date back that it will come in stock. Anyway nice gun.

This is my Limited Glock. post-38966-0-44955800-1350100404_thumb.j

Stippling, DIY double undercut trigger guard, full length tungsten guide rod, trigger job (all springs and pre/overtravel stops), Dawson sights, SJC magwell, and of course Arredondo extensions (20 rounds reloadable) I love it.

I have a 35 set up for limited/L10, but no pics atm. Here is my setup. Pretty much bone stock with some "minor" upgrades.

Dawson f/o front sight with adjustable target rear. Competition extended mag release. Dawson Ice magwell and Dawson mag extensions. The only internal work I have had done on it is I added a NY1 trigger spring with the (-)connector which give me a faster/firmer reset and the trigger pull of around 5-6#.

Will try to post pics asap.

I do, but can't post pics until I get more posts it seems.

OK, hmm seems to be working fine now, even without reducing picture size.

Probably more to do with the size of your pics. Try making them a tad smaller then try to upload them. I open my pics in paintshop and just resize them under the 1.95mb limit.
